| Objective:To study the expression of PD-L1 in triple negative breast cancer, and analyze the relationship between the expression of PD-L1 with clinicopathologic features and DFS.Method:The study collects 85 data of triple negative breast cancer who underwent surgical treatment at Shengiing hosipital from 2011 to 2014.The expression of PD-L1 is detected by immunohistochemistry.Use telephone follow-up,statistical disease-free survival, analyze the relationship between the expression of PD-L1 with clinicopathologic features and DFS.Result:The positive expression rate of PD-L1 in triple-negative breast cancer was 60.0%.There was no significant correlation between PD-L1 expression status with clinicopathologic features concluding age, mass, histological grade, number of lymph node metastasis,Ki67 expression.Kaplan-Meier survival analysis shows that the DFS of PD-L1 positive group is significantly shorter than that of negative group, with statistical significance(P = 0.043),COX multivariate regression analysis shows that PD-L1 expression is an independent risk factor for triple-negative breast cancer(P = 0.047)。 Conclusion:PD-L1 is highly expressed in triple-negative breast cancer, and PD-L1 positive expression indicates a poor prognosis, which may lead to recurrence and metastasis earlier.PD-1 / PD-L1 pathway may be one of the mechanism of recurrence and metastasis of triple negative breast cancer. The efficacy of PD-L1 immunotherapy in triple negative breast cancer can be expected... |
