Objective:Drawing up a systematic and scientific curriculum for geriatric welfare college of the medical care aged homes,to standardize the elder education and deal with the problems existing in the curriculum of the elder college based on current situation.Methods:(1)Literature research: To analyze the present situation of the curriculum setting in elderly university at home and abroad based on the literature review,and clarify the theoretical basis and existing problems.(2)Semi-structured interview: To investigate the relevant situation of the curriculum in elderly university through the teachers,students and the workers of the city aged in Hangzhou,20 interviewees were interviewed and the interview contents were recorded and transcribed into words.(3)Questionnaire survey: The self-made questionnaire was used to investigate the learning needs of the elderly,400 copies were issued and 362 copies were effectively recovered,SPSS22.0 software was used to analysis the data.(4)Research group discussion:We established the framework of curriculum setting for the geriatric welfare college by panel discussion,combined with literature review,semi-structured interview and questionnaire survey.(5)Delphi method: We selected 10 experts to consult two rounds of expert consultation on the curriculum setting in geriatric welfare college,and finally we determined the curriculum by the expert consultation data,expert opinions and research group discussions.Results:(1)The learning needs of the respondents ranged from high to low is “health level”,“Socio politics level”,“news and science and technology level”,“entertainment level”,“language and science level ”,“social care and service level”,“self-realization level”.(2)The effective questionnaire recovery rate of Delphy expert consultation is 100%,the proportion of opinions raised is 47.8% and 3.7%,it means the enthusiasm of the experts is high,the authority coefficient of two rounds-expert consultation is 0.88 and 0.89,it means the authority of the consultant is high,and the result is more reliable.The overall coordination coefficient of Delphy expert consultation index is 0.2,it means consistency of expert opinions is high,coefficient of variation of the importance score of expert consultations less than 0.25,and importance mean value range between 4.10 and 5.00.Finally the curriculum setting for the geriatric welfare college including 9 first-level indicators,27 second-level indicators and 28 third-level indicators.Conclusion: Finally we draw up the training objectives,educational objectives,curriculum structure,academic structure,hierarchical teaching,and curriculum types,teaching hours,teaching methods,assessment methods and 28 courses of the geriatric welfare college.Compared with traditional elderly colleges,the educational objects in geriatric welfare college of the medical care aged homes includes full crowd,the characteristics of medical care is highlighted,and the curriculum structure covers the three stages of retirement preparation education,retirement adaptation education and life education.After consulted with experts,the curriculum of geriatric welfare college of the medical care aged homes worth promoting.
