The Effect Of Press-needle Therapy On Subclinical Hypothyroidism Index

Objectives This topic through the press-needle joint paste and paste simple application method of intervention in the treatment of Subclinical Hypothyroidism,To evaluate the clinical effect of treating SCH with the press-needle joint paste and its effect on thyroid function and blood lipid level of patients.In order to provide a reliable clinical basis for the efficacy and safety of treating SCH with the press-needle,this study will broaden the thinking of TCM in the treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism.Methods The topic was performed on 60 patients with Subclinical Hypothyroidism,who was came from departments of acupuncture and moxibustion of Shijiazhuang city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and was randomly divided into 2groups,which divided into treatment group of 30 cases and control group of 30 cases well.The control group was given the paste orally,while the treatment group was given the press-needle therapy on the basis of the oral paste.At the end of treatment,Observation of thyroid function,blood lipids,TCM syndromes and curative effect between two groups pre and post treatment.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups(P > 0.05)in gender,age and course of disease before treatment.After treatment,the results showed that(1)Compared with the TSH,FT3,and FT4 levels within the group,the comparison indexes of both groups improved after treatment and before treatment(P<0.05);There was no statistically significant difference in FT3 and FT4 between groups(P>0.05);the level of TSH treatment group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison between the two groups,with the exception of triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),the comparison between the other groups have statistical significance(P < 0.05),In the comparison between the two groups,except within and outside the control group in HDL-C,the comparison between the other groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).(3)There were statistically significant differences between the two groups in TCM syndromes score,TCM syndromes curative effect and clinical efficacy evaluation(P < 0.05).Conclusions The therapy of the press-needle has a significant curative effect on Subclinical Hypothyroidism(TSH4.5~10.0m U/L)and improve the patient’s thyroid function and blood lipid levels.The results showed that the therapy of the press-needle has a significant curative effect and widen the current window of “Preventive Treatment of Disease”.The method have value of popularization and application.
