Study On The Spatial Pattern And Optimization Of Medical Facilities In Changchun

The urban medical facilities are the guarantee facilities of the city,which belong to the compulsory facilities in the urban public facilities,which are closely related to the living standards of the people.The hospital is not only the main form of medical and health facilities,but also an important subsystem of public facilities.Its effective and rational layout is very important for facilitating the medical treatment of urban residents,improving the overall medical level,maximizing the welfare of residents,promoting urban-rural integration and building a harmonious society.The study of hospital scale and layout is not only of positive practical significance,but also of realistic urgency in China.This paper focuses on the central city of Changchun Using GIS software,we calculate layers of analysis,kernel density estimation method,mean the adjacent index measure method and standard deviation ellipse analysis explore the spatial evolution character,discusses the problems existing in the evolution of medical facilities,and puts forward the main measures for the adjustment and optimization of the spatial structure of medical facilities of general hospitals and community hospitals from 2002 to 2014 in Changchun.The study finds that urban core area is always the center of medical facilities agglomeration due to historical inertia,population distribution and traffic guidance.The general hospital has a "single core" space structure,the spatial agglomeration is remarkable.The "multicore" spatial structure of community hospitals has been formed and the spatial distribution tends to be balanced.At the same time,with the reform of land and housing market and the change of the main body of the public service facilities,the urban public service facilities are facing great challenges.At the same time,with the reform of land and housing market and the change of the main body of the public service facilities,the urban public service facilities are facing great challenges.The medical service facilities are seriously lagged behind the changes in the urban space.At the same time,there is a "dislocation" problem between the medical facilities and the spatial diffusion direction of the residential land.Under the guidance of the decisionmaking behavior of the main body of medical service facilities and the scientific city planning,the principle of balance,efficiency,accessibility and fairness should always be adhered to,and the space evacuation and equilibrium distribution of public service facilities such as medical care should be actively promoted.The main contents of this study include four parts:The first part includes the first chapter and the second chapter,which is the theoretical basis of this study.In this part of the paper presents the research background,significance and research ideas,clear the concept of public service facilities and medical facilities,and put forward about public service facilities location theory,evaluation theory,accessibility theory,related research at home and abroad are reviewed.The second part consists of chapters three and four.This part firstly clarifies the main features,influencing factors and space system division of medical facilities space layout.Using GIS spatial model,the overall development of medical facilities,spatial layout characteristics,the spatial evolution characteristics of medical facilities in changchun city was studied in depth and presents the main problems of medical facilities in space layout.Part three includes chapter five.Based on the analysis of chapter 3 and chapter 4,this part clarifies the target and principle of the adjustment of medical facility space layout,and puts forward the main strategy of spatial layout adjustment in changchun medical society.The fourth part is chapter 6.This part summarizes the main conclusions of this study,and points out the deficiencies and inadequacies of this research,discusses the work that comes down,and puts forward the prospect for the research of medical facilities.
