Research purposes:this study aims to explore cardiac rehabilitation exercise improves cardiac autonomic nerve function and lung oxygenation capacity research.Methods:choose accord with the WHO diagnostic criteria of 30 patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)as experimental group,the other 30 patients with coronary artery disease masterpieces in the control group of this study,told the cardiopulmonary exercise testing process,collect personal body index,coronary heart disease progression,merger risk factors,and so on and so forth,signed informed consent.The experimental group determined the exercise prescription through the cardiopulmonary exercise experiment and performed the rehabilitation exercise.The intensity usually reaches 50%80%of the target rate,and the patients can control the intensity of exercise by combining the heart rate and the degree of self-sensory fatigue.Depending on the patient,the rehabilitation programme needs to be individualized and diversified.In the experimental group,three months of cardiac rehabilitation exercise were combined with oral coronary heart disease drug therapy under the supervision and guidance of the researchers.The control group received oral coronary heart disease for 3 months.Exercise American dms300-4a holterl2 guided dynamic electrocardiograph(DMS)measured the heart rate variability index of the experimental group and the control group:sdnn-24,SDANN,RMMD,PNN50,LF,HF,to evaluate the autonomic nervous function;With German H/P/II COSMOS PULSAR 4.0 professional sport run with MaX-II PHYSIO-DYNE gas metabolism system(USA)to determine the movement peak mae(METSPK),maximum oxygen uptake(Vo2MAX),peak feel fatigue(RPESPK),to evaluate oxygenation capacity.Compare the oxygenation ability and autonomic nervous regulation function before and after treatment in the two groups,and evaluate the effect and significance of rehabilitation exercise.SPSS 19.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis,use chi-square test for general data comparison,T test was used to analyze the data of the experimental group and the control group.The result:two groups of patients before age,sex,degree of coronary artery lesions,sex ratio,proportion of merger risk factors,heart and lung oxygenation capacity,autonomic nervous function,and so on and so forth had no significant difference(P>0.05),comparable.1.Autonomic nervous function indexes:after the experiment,the experimental group was compared with the experimental group,LF,HF value increased,LF/HF ratio decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after the treatment,LF,HF value increased and LF/HF ratio decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The experimental group compared with before the experiment after experiment SDNN-24,SDANN,RMMD,PNN50 value increases,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),after the test group compared with control group after drug treatment,SDNN-24,SDANN,RMMD,PNN50 value increases,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Cardiopulmonary oxygenation index:after the experiment,the experimental group was compared with the experimental group before the experiment,and the value of METSPK,Vo2MAXAX and RPESPKPK was increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the experimental group and control group,METSPK,Vo2MAXAX and RPESPKPK increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The heart rate index:experimental group compared with before the trial,after resting heart rate(HRrest)is lower than before,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),HRpk is higher than before,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,HRrest value decreased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the HRpk value increased,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Research conclusions:through the study found that improve patients treated by cardiac rehabilitation exercise lung oxygenation capacity,transmission patient rehabilitation concept,active control of risk factors,reduce the complications and to improve the patient’s quality of life has profound significance.1.Cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy can significantly improve the oxygenation capacity of patients with stable coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve the motor ability of patients.Cardiac rehabilitation exercise in patients with coronary heart disease can improve the regulation ability of autonomic nerve and improve the heart rate variability of patients.3.The enhancement of oxygenation capacity and autonomic nervous function can also be enhanced,while autonomic nerve enhancement can also improve cardiac function and oxygenation capacity,and the two are mutually reinforcing and closely related.
