Nicotianatabacum L.is a Dicotyledoneac,Tubiflorae,Solanaceae,Nicotiana,annual or limited perennial herb.It is not only raw material of commercial tobacco,but has many values in use of industry,economy,and medicinal.Chemical components contained in tobacco including phenylpropanoids,benzofurans,phenols,flavonoids,biphenyls,lignin,terpenes,coumarins,glycosides,alkaloids,isoflavones,amides,pyrones,etc.[4-16].And some compounds have showed hight bioactivities,such as anti-MRSA,anti-TMV,anti-HIV-1 and cytotoxicity.Therefore,in order to develop and discover more novel compounds and more medicinally valuable compounds in tobacco,we conducted further research on local sun-cured tobacco in Yunnan.This paper is composed of three chapters.In the first chapter,the chemical constituents of Leqiu sun-cured tobacco in Nanjian,Yunnan Province were studied.In the second chapter,we analyzed the aroma components of sun-cured tobacco and flue-cured tobacco in Nanjian,Yunnan,and other areas.In the last chapter,the research situation of several major compounds in Yunnan tobacco were summarized.Objective:To research the chemical constituents and aroma components of Yunnan local tobacco.Methods:In the first chapter,chromatography were used to research the chemical constituents of Leqiu sun-cured tobacco,which were selected from Dali,Yunnan province.75%methanol was used to extract the Leqiu sun-cured tobacco,and the ethyl part were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography on silica gel、MCI gel、Sephadex LH-20、C18HPLC.At the same time,anti-MRSA agar disc diffusion assay was used to research the activity of the new compounds.In the second chapter,we used simultaneous distillation-extraction and GC-MS spectrometry to compare the intrinsic aroma components of different types of tobacco leaves in four different producing areas including Nanjian.Results:24 compounds were isolated and identified from Nanjian Leqiuyan including 4 new compounds(1-4)and 20 known compounds(5-24).The results showed that compounds 1*,2*,3*,and 4*exhibited good anti-MRSA activities,and the IZD(inhibitory zone diameter)was 13.8± 1.5 mm,14.6±1.6mm,14.5±1.2 mm,and 15.2±1.3mmrespectively.The aroma components of sun-cured tobacco which planted in Baoshan detected 137 kinds of aroma components,content 592.742μpg/g,Dejiang 121 kinds of aroma components,content 164.590 μg/g,Nanjian 160 kinds of aroma components,content 921.719μg/g,Qujing 179 kinds of aroma components,content 718.38μg/g.The aroma components of flue-cured tobacco which planted in Baoshan detected 110 kinds of aroma components,content 815.110μg/g,Dejiang 118 kinds of aroma components,content 1102.602μg/g,Qujing 148 kinds of aroma components,content 843.988μg/g,Nanjian 94 kinds of aroma components,content 697.821 μg/g.Conclusions:Through the research on the sun-cured tobacco in Nanjian,and the discovery of new compounds not only enriched the contents of subjects of tobacco chemistry and natural products,but also enriched the research content of the chemical constituents of Yunnan sun-cured tobacco.For researching and developmenting chemical research of more local sun-cured tobacco in Yunnan provides a theoretical basis.The research on the activity of new compounds can provide experimental evidence for their contributions in agriculture and medicine.To analyzed and studied the volatile aroma components of sun-cured tobacco and flue-cured tobacco from different producing areas in Yunnan Province.The results showed that the samples have differences in the types and contents of volatile aroma substances.The reason for the above situation is mainly the difference of ecological environment factors and modulation methods.Therefore,each tobacco producing area must locate the aroma in the tobacco leaves according to the characteristics of the farming.system and ecological conditions in the production area,to find the most suitable cultivation method,and give full play to the natural advantages of each production area in order to form industrial availability and safety.High-quality tobacco with specific style characteristics can dominate the market competition. |
