Objective In order to provide data support for the management and prevention of the elders’ multimorbidity of chronic diseases in the future, this passage will discuss the prevalence, influence factors and patterns of the multimorbidity chronic diseases in the elder. At the same time, through the analysis of current situation and influence of the aged’s cognitive function,we can also provide a scientific basis in improving health standards and allocating health resources reasonably.Method Utilizing the data coming from the survey CLHLS which holds by the health aging and development researching center of Peking University and China ‘s national CDC and adopting the MMSE commonly used by the international, this research will explore the prevalence, influence factors and patterns of the multimorbidity chronic diseases in the elder and the elders ‘cognitive function.Statistical methods include χ2 test, variance analysis,Logistic regression analysis, association rule analysis,etc.Result(1)The prevalence rate of multimorbidity among the elder over 60 years is high, whose current situation is severe. The major chronic diseases are hypertension, heart disease, cataract, arthritis, stroke or cerebrovascular disease.(2)the main influence factors of the multimorbidity are gender, age, place of residence, culture level, smoking, drinking, sleep quality, fruit intake and BMI.Risk factors include: gender(female),old age, residence(town),high education, smoking, drinking, high BMI.Protective factors include good sleep quality and regular intake of fruit.(3)The most common multimorbidity of two kinds of chronic diseases in the elder are: heart disease and high blood pressure, arthritis, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)and heart disease and high blood pressure, arthritis and rheumatism rheumatoid disease, stroke,or cerebrovascular disease and high blood pressure, etc.Common modes of common disease include stroke or cerebrovascular disease, high blood pressure and heart disease.Cataracts, high blood pressure and heart disease;Arthritis, high blood pressure and heart disease;Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, hypertension and heart disease;Diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. The four common types of chronic diseases are chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, hypertension and diabetes.Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, hypertension and cataract;Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, heart disease, hypertension and arthritis.(4)There were many factors influencing the cognitive function of the elder.Risk factors include: advanced age(over 80 years old),limited daily activities and drinking water;Protective factors include: high education, regular consumption of fruits, regular consumption of vegetables, regular physical examination, life satisfaction, drinking tea.Conclusion(1)The prevalence of multimorbidity in the elderly in China is high, and there are correlations between multiple chronic diseases.(2)There are many influencing factors for cognitive impairment in elderly patients with multimorbidity.Old age, limited daily activities, and drinking raw water are risk factors.(3)Combination of grid graph,Logistic regression and association rule analysis can obtain the better multimorbidity patterns, which can provide theoretical basis for the prevention and control of chronic diseases in the future.
