Research purposes:To investigate the emotional work and psychological flexibility of the nurses in the operating room of the Third Grade A Hospital in Changchun City,and to explore the impact of demographic sociology on the emotional labor and mental flexibility of the operating room nurses and the correlation between the two.The purpose is to provide clinical nursing staff The study of mental health provides the basis for promoting the improvement of the quality of care services.Research methods:In this study,238 operating room nurses who met the inclusion criteria in a three-grade,Grade-A general hospital in Changchun from July 2017 to December 2017 were selected for convenience of sampling.The survey tools were: General Nurse Questionnaire,CD-RISC,and Emotional Labor Scale.The database was established using EpiDate 3.02 software,and SPSS 18.0 software was used for statistical analysis of data.Statistical methods include descriptive analysis,t-test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,stepwise multiple regression analysis,and so on.Research result:1.The total score of emotional labor in operating room nurses ranged from 23 points to 55 points(40.81±6.13),indicating that nurses in operating theatres frequently use emotional labor in their work,and in the two dimensions of emotional labor surveys.The score of deep behavior is higher than that of surface behavior,which means that nurses in operating room tend to adopt deeper behavior during work.2.The main factors affecting the emotional work of the operating room nurses are the way of appointment,hierarchy and work position.There were significant differences in the scores of deep emotional behavior of emotional labor in different operating modes of operating room nurses(P<0.05).The scores of formal nurses were higher than those of contract nurses;scores of deep behavioral dimensions among nurses in different positions were different.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).The roving nurse scored higher than the nurses in the other two positions.3.The psychological flexibility of the nurses in the operating room is significantly affected by age,gender,appointment methods,professional titles,levels,and monthly income.The age had a significant effect on the scores of each dimension of the psychological elasticity of the operating room nurses,P<0.01.In the 40-year-old age group,the operating room nurses scored significantly higher in the three dimensions of toughness,self-strengthening,and optimism than the ≤29-year age group.The operating room nurses;gender had a significant effect on the psychological flexibility of the operating room nurses dimension score,P <0.01,affecting the self-strengthening and optimism dimension scores,P <0.05,men’s scores in the three dimensions are higher than women’s The mode of employment has a significant effect on the scores of all dimensions of the psychological flexibility of the operating room nurses,P<0.01;the staff in the establishment of the toughness,self-reliance,and optimism are significantly higher than the contract employees;professional and technical titles for the operating room nurses Mental elastic toughness dimension score had an effect,P<0.05;it had a significant effect on self-improvement and optimism dimension score,P<0.01;hierarchy had an impact on the scores of nurses’ psychological elasticity in operating room,P<0.01;monthly income The self-strengthening dimension scores of the nurses in the operating room had an influence on the self-strengthening dimension.P<0.05.The nurses in the operating room with a monthly income of >7000 yuan had the highest self-improvement.The results of the analysis of emotional labor and mental elasticity in the operating room nurses show that the toughness,self-enhancement and optimism of the nurses in the operating room are positively correlated with the superficial behaviors and deep behaviors of the emotional laborers,that is,the mental toughness of the nurses in the operating room.The higher the level of self-enhancement and optimism,the higher the score of the superficial and deep behavioral dimensions of emotional labor.The results of multivariate stepwise regression analysis show that toughness and optimism have a positive effect on the surface behavior of emotional labor,self-enhancement has a positive effect on the deep behavior of emotional labor,and toughness and self-empowerment have a positive effect on the total score of emotional labor.influences.Analysis conclusion:1.The different positions,levels,and positions of nurses in the operating room nurses at the Third Grade A Hospital in Changchun have an impact on the use of deep emotional behavior.2.The nurses in the operating room of the Third Grade A Hospital in Changchun City have different degrees of influence on each dimension of psychological flexibility,such as age,gender,mode of employment,professional and technical titles,level and monthly income.3.The toughness,self-enhancement and optimism of the psychological flexibility of the operating room nurses are positively related to the superficial behavior and deep behavior of emotional labor. |
