| Objective:Observation motor function of constipation model rats by acupuncture zhigou,Tianshu,Shangjuxu to explore the mechanisms of regulation in constipation rats.Methods:Male SD 40 rats,feeding a week,were randomly divided into normal group,model group,acupuncture group,western medicine group with 10 rats in each group.A rat model of constipation was established by gastric lavage method with ice water,stool weight in rats and water content of stools were measured every day.One week after the model was established,the contents of vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)、acetylcholine(Ach)in serum、C-Kit protein content were determinated.Small intestinal propulsion test to determinate small intestinal propulsive rate.Colon was observed under light microscope to observe if had pathological changes.Results:Fourteenth days,model group,acupuncture group,western medicine group compared with the normal group,the difference of fecal water content was statistically significant(P<0.05).shows that the model was successful.After the end of treatment,the difference of ink advance length between acupuncture group and model group was statistically significant(P<0.05),the acupuncture group is higher than the western medicine group in the ink push rate with statistical significance(P<0.05).The content of VIP in model group was higher than that in normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content of VIP in acupuncture group and Western medicine group was lower than that in model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The content of VIP in the western medicine group was lower than that of the acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)Acupuncture and Western medicine can increase the serum levels of Ach,which is a high concentration of the transmitter,and the content of Ach in the western medicine group is higher than that of the acupuncture group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Acupuncture group and Western medicine group compared with model group can increase the content of C-Kit protein,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The protein content of C-Kit was higher in the western medicine group compared with acupuncture group and model group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the content of C-Kit protein in colon of rats with functional constipation was lower than that in the normal group,and the treatment of acupuncture and Western medicine could increase the content of C-Kit protein to some extent.In the results of experimental,the C-Kit protein content in the acupuncture group was lower than that in the western medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:About the advance rate in ink,acupuncture group was higher than the western medicine group and model group.These results suggest that acupuncture can accelerate colonic transit function.The western medicine group was superior to the acupuncture group in improving the C-Kit protein content in the rat model of constipation.The western medicine group was better than the acupuncture group in reducing the inhibitory transmitter VIP content and in ascending excitatory transmitter.It shows that acupuncture "bian mi fang" and mosapride in the treatment of functional constipation in rats may be related to the regulation of the enteric nervous system to promote intestinal peristalsis. |
