Objective:By observing the nourishing kidney and regulating liver soup treat kidney deficiency liver depression type of hypomenorrhea patients,we preliminarily discuss the theoretical basis,the mechanism of action and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of this disease,and provide a safe,effective,without side effect of traditional Chinese medicine for clinical treatment of the disease.Methods:Select compliant 30 cases of kidney deficiency liver depression type hypomenorrhea in patients.Oral administration of nourishing kidney and regulating liver soup treat for three months.Menstrual volume of before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,the thickness of the endometrium and changes of the levels of the hormone need to be observed.Results:Curative effect of Nourishing kidney and regulating liver soup is distinct for kidney liver depression type of hypomenorrhea patients,and the total effective rate was 96.67%.The improvement of menstrual volume,the syndrome improvement,the thickness of the endometrium and hormone levels are better than the before treatment.Comparing before,the conditions of after treatment have significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nourishing kidney and regulating liver soup have good clinical curative effect for kidney liver depression type of hypomenorrhea patients.It has more significant effect of regulating the menstrual function and improving menstrual volume.It can restore the thickness of the endometrium.At the same time it can obviously lower the level of sex hormone for kidney deficiency liver depression type of hypomenorrhea patients.Improving and eliminating its accompanying symptoms,so as to improve the function of the ovaries.
