Clonical Research On Treating Spleen Qi Deficiency Syndrome Of Postoperative Chemotherapy Of Patients With Gastric Cancer With Guishao Liujunzi Decoction

Objective:Spleen qi deficiency syndrome of postoperative chemotherapy of patients with gastric cancer were treated with Guishao Liujunzi Decoction and Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule.To compare the life quality,clinical symptom and immune function in these patients treated with two different drugs.Safety of oral medicine was also observed during the treatment,so as to objectively evaluate the efficacy of Guishao Liujunzi Decoction and to promote its clinical application.Methods:60 patients with gastric cancer who received postoperative chemotherapy with spleen qi deficiency syndrome were enrolled.They were randomly divided into treatment group,each of which 30 cases were treated with Guishao Liujunzi Decoction and Zhenqi Fuzheng Capsule respectively.The treatment duration lasted for 8 weeks.After the treatment,life quality,TCM syndrome effect,body weight,single effect of main symptoms,score of each single symptom and immune function of each group before and after treatment were observed.Results:1.Comparison of life quality:The score of Karnofsky performance status(KPS)was improved in all two groups,and the treatment group was higher than the control group.The two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome:After fourth weeks of treatment and treatment,the score of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.01,P<0.05).3.Comparison of body weight:Two groups of body weight increased,the treatment group was better than the control group,the results were statistically significant(P<0.01).4.Comparison of single effect of main symptoms:In the process of treatment,the effect of the main symptoms and before treatament have different degrees of improvement,and the treatment group is better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,except for food after abdominal distension,the other symptoms in the treatment group were better than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The comparison of the rate of disappearance of the main symptoms found that the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups of other symptoms(P>0.05).5.Comparison of score of each single symptom:The scores of each individual symptom in the two groups decreased gradually compared with those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).After treatment,the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,but the difference in some individual symptoms was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).6.Comparison of immune function:T cell subsets and white blood cell counts increased,and the results were significant(P<0.01).The absolute count of CD3,CD4 and CD8 cells in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The difference of the absolute count of CD3,CD4 and CD8 cells before and after treatment was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05,P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the white blood cell count and curative effect between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Guishao Liujunzi Decoction could significantly improve spleen qi deficiency syndrome of postoperative chemotherapy of patients with gastric cancer,which could alleviate clinical symptoms,improve the immune function with a good safety.
