Objective:By comparing and analyzing the serum tumor markers and TCM syndrome improvement of patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome treated by Modified Li Zhong Decoction combined with moxibustion after postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer, the clinical efficacy and safety of Modified Li Zhong Decoction were discussed,so as to give full play to the advantages of TCM and expand the treatment idea, and provide the basis for the promotion and application of Modified Li Zhong Decoction.Method:A total of 62 patients with spleen and stomach deficiency cold syndrome after postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer who were admitted to the oncology ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 and who met the inclusion criteria were collected. The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=3 1)and treatment group(n=3 1)according to the random number table.Control group:Shenqi Fuzheng injection,250ml,intravenous drip once a day,14d as a course of treatment.Medicine moxa stick and arc type moxibustion box are used for moxibustion on Zhongwan,Qihai,Guanyuan and Zusanli points. The treatment course was 1 course, once a day,30min each time, continuous treatment for 6d,rest for 1d,treatment for 2 weeks.Treatment group:on the basis of the control group, add Jiawei Lizhong decoction. One dose a day, water decocting 300ml juice,150ml in the morning and 150ml in the evening, oral for 14d as a course of treatment, two groups were treated for two courses of treatment. The values of serum tumor markers,TCM syndrome scores,KPS scores and other data of the two groups before and after treatment were collected.SPSS20.0 statistical software was used for statistical analysis and conclusions were drawn.Result:1.Comparison of general data:the comparison of age, gender, pathological type, chemotherapy cycle, serum tumor marker value, total TCM syndrome score, single TCM syndrome score and KPS score between the two groups showed no significant difference and comparability(P>0.05).2.The serum tumor markers CA72-4 and CEA in both groups were decreased after numerical treatment compared with before treatment, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Moreover,the treatment group had better numerical efficacy in reducing serum tumor markers CA72-4 and CEA,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.After treatment, the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased compared with those before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the total scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group improved significantly, the total curative effect rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment methods in the two groups had certain efficacy in improving the symptoms of epigastric dull pain, unwarm hands and feet, warm feeling and press, abdominal distension after eating, lethargy, fatigue and loose stools, but the treatment group had better efficacy in improving the above symptoms, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.After treatment, the KPS score of the two groups was statistically significant compared with that before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group, the effect of increasing KPS score in the treatment group was significant, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Modified Li Zhong Decoction combined with moxibustion can reduce the values of serum tumor markers CEA and CA72-4 in patients with syndrome of deficiency of spleen and stomach after postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer, and the efficacy is better than that of the control group.2.Modified Li Zhong Decoction combined with moxibustion is better than the control group in improving the traditional Chinese medicine syndromes such as epigastric dull pain, unwarm hands and feet, warm feeling and warm feeling in patients with syndrome of deficiency and cold of spleen and stomach after postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer.3.Modified Li Zhong Decoctioncombined with moxibustion can improve the KPS score of patients with syndrome of spleen and stomach deficiency and cold after postoperative chemotherapy for gastric cancer, and improve the quality of life.
