Purpose:The purpose of this study was to determine the need for NCPAP-assisted ventilation(h),invasive mechanical ventilation(h),oxygen exposure time(h),and duration of treatment The length of the two to compare the efficacy of apnea premature children.The effects of the two drugs on long-term neurodevelopment in children were compared by the follow-up of children after discharge.In order to demonstrate the clinical efficacy of citrate caffeine on the disease and prognosis of children with neurological development superior to aminophylline.Method:Randomized retrospective analysis of January 2014-August 2016 in our hospital(Hefei First People’s Hospital)Neonatal Intensive Care Unit treated 50 cases of AOP in children with aminophylline group randomly selected at the same period in the In our hospital(Binhu Hospital),34 cases of AOP were admitted to the NICU as caffeine group.Both children signed informed follow-up and were followed up regularly in high-risk infants clinics.When they were 6 months of age,they were assessed using the Infant Development Scale Test(BSID),The duration of hospitalization was compared between the two groups,and the neurological development of the BSID scale was compared between the two groups at 6 months of age.Results :The duration of NCPAP,invasive mechanical ventilation,oxygen and treatment in caffeine citrate treatment group was significantly lower than those of amiophylline treatment group(P<0.05),The scores of psychomotor develop-mental index(PDI)and mental developmental index(MDI)in citrate caffeine group at corrected age of 6 months were significantly higher than those in aminophylline treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion :The effect of caffeine citrate in treatment of prima-ry apnea is better than that of aminophylline,and it has a certain effect on promoting long-term neurodevelopment. |
