The Clinical Research Using The Fumigation Treatment To Cure DPN

Objective:This project based on literature research,blood stasis of DPN and the theory of Tongyang Huoxue,using the the Tongyang Huoxue soup which was from mentor team to treat DPN patients.Observing the DPN patients’change of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome quantization points,TCSS,ABI,NCV and glycolipid metabolism before and after treatment,studying the safety of Tongyang Huoxue soup as well.Through this expriment to prove the efficacy and mechanism of Tongyang Huoxue soup.Methods:Using the randomized control method,72 DPN patients were divided into 2 groups:observation group and control group.There were 34 DPN patients from observation group,35 DPN patients from control group finishing the experiment.Two group patients received the same regular treatments to control blood sugar and pressure,at the same time,accepted mecobalamin,3 times/day,0.5mg/time.Observation group was given the fumigation of Tongyang Huoxue soup,2 times/day,15-20min/time,whereas control group were given the potassium permanganate hot soup whose concentration is lower than 1/5000 to fumigate the injured limbs,twice/day.15 days consist of a disease course,and all patients should finish 4 courses of treatment.Each group patients received a comprehensive task which were made up of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome quantization points,TCSS,ABI,and the clinical overa rating before the treatment,on the 30th day during the treament,on the 60th day during the treament.Received the NCV task,Glycolipid metabolism,security test(blood,urine and stool routine examination,liver and kidney function examination,ECG)before the treatment,on the 60th day during the treament.All the collective data was analyzed by the SPSS 18.0.Result:After statistical analysis,observation group and control group had comparability(P>0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome quantization points,clinical overall rating before the treatment,on the 30th day during the treament,on the 60th day during the treament of two group patients had statistically significant difference between 2 groups and inside of group(P<0.05).The NCV,glycolipid metabolism before the treatment,on the 60th day during the treament of two group patients had statistically significant difference between 2 groups and inside of group(P<0.05).The TCSS before the treatment,on the 30th day during the treament had difference inside of group(P<0.05))whereas had no significant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05),but on the 4th course,it had statistically significant difference between 2 groups and inside of group(P<0.05).The ABI had no significant difference before the treatment,on the 30th day during the treament,on the 60th day during the treament of two groups and inside of group(P>0.05).Conclusion:(1)Tongyang Huoxue soup can improve the clinical efficacy,lower the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome quantization points and TCSS.Its efficacy is better than the control group.(2)The fumigation treatment of Tongyang Huoxue soup can significantly improve the NCV of DPN patients so its efficacy is better than the control group.(3)The fumigation treatment of Tongyang Huoxue soup has no significant difference on the glycolipid metabolism and ABI.(4)No adverse events happened during the clinical experiment so it is safe to use the fumigation treatment of Tongyang Huoxue soup to treat the DPN patients only the operating specification is obeyed.This fumigation treatment is also appropriate for those abnormal skin feeling patients.The fumigation treatment of Tongyang Huoxue soup deserves in-depth study.
