Objective:1.To understand the status quo of self-management of patients with coronary heart disease.2.To explore the effect of individual motivational interviewing on self-management behavior intervention in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:1.According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,90 patients with coronary heart disease were selected from a third-class hospital in dalian, and 45 cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the order of admission. The general information questionnaire(homemade)patients in general information collection,Using the "coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale" compiled by Ren Hongyan as the research tool, issue and collect questionnaire, using IBM SPSS20.0 software for statistical analysis.2.Two groups of patients before hospital discharge,3 months after discharge to give health guidance to conventional(include: medication, diet, activity, sleep,to give up smoking, emotion management, etc.),the experimental group based on assessment of coronary artery disease self-management behavior scale,to score 3 points or less items, through interview motivated to give individualized guidance and intervention, for the first time before discharge to give 3 months after discharge again to evaluate the intervention, two groups of patients 6 months after discharge again given scale assessment.3.6 months after hospital discharge, and using paired sample t-test,independent sample t-test,repetitive measure analysis of variance and chi-square test, compare theexperimental group and control group "coronary heart disease self-management behavior scale scores of change and the incidence.Results:1.In the six months after discharge from the experimental group, the total score and score of the patients’ self-management behavior scale of coronary heart disease increased, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.The experimental group compared with control group interaction,in the "general life management","symptom management","disease" knowledge management "treatment adherence management dimensions","emergency management dimensions","emotion management" dimension was statistically difference(P < 0.05),no statistical differences in the management of "bad habits" dimension.3.In the experimental group, the change of self-management behavior scale was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The self-management behavior of patients with coronary heart disease is low.2.The self-management behavior of patients with coronary heart disease can be significantly improved by the individualized intervention method based on the questionnaire evaluation of the self-management behavior scale of coronary heart disease.3.The individualized intervention method of motivational interviewing is practical and suitable for clinical application.
