Clinical Efficacy Of 0.5% Timolol Eye Drops Combined With 595 Pulsed Dye Laser In The Treatment Of Superficial Infantile Hemangiomas

Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of 0.5% timolol eyedrops combined with595-pulse dye laser in the treatment of superficial infantile hemangiomas.Methods: Fifty cases of superficial infantile hemangiomas treated in our hospital from December 2016 to October 2017 were selected according to the diagnostic criteria of infantile hemangiomas and the depth of their involvement.They were randomly divided into A and B groups,Each group of 25 cases.Fully understand the basic situation of patients and history of illness,and carefully explain to patients the precautions.Before each treatment by the same experienced dermatologist recorded lesions in patients with lesions,and to determine the efficacy,at the same time ask the families of children with adverse reactions.Digital camera(D60,Nikon,Japan)take the same picture of the skin lesions.Group A: topical 0.5% timolol eye drops +595 pulse dye laser,0.5% timolol eye drops applied to the affected area,and wrap with plastic wrap,every 30 min,twice a day,at intervals of 12 hours,Vbeam Perfecta pulse dye Laser once a month.Group B: 0.5%timolol eye drops applied to the affected area,and wrapped with plastic wrap,each30 min,2 times a day,an interval of 12 hours.Were observed and recorded in children with or without hypotension,heart failure,bradycardia,dyspnea,hypoglycemia,sleep disorders and other systemic adverse reactions and skin lesions with or without erythema,blisters,ulceration,exudation,with or without bleeding,Erosion,monthly assessment and D60 digital camera records the recovery of children with lesions and adverse reactions.The final data were analyzed by SPSS 17.0 to study the medication time,cure rate,effective rate,total effective rate and adverse reactions in both groups.Results: The clinical efficacy of 0.5% timolol eye drops combined with pulsed dye laser in the treatment of superficial infantile hemangiomas was better than that of 0.5%timolol eye drops.The difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: For superficial infantile hemangiomas,0.5% timolol eye drops combined with 595-pulse dye laser treatment can improve clinical efficacy,shorten the course of the disease,and do not significantly increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
