The Study Of Baihui-qubin Acupuncture On Effects Of TLR4 After Acute Intracerebral Hemorrhage In Rats

Objective:Through the therapeutic process of acupuncturing Baihui-Qubin,observe with the ELISA method,the expression levels and alteration trend of TLR4 of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage,so as to explore the formation of inflammation and to provide a faverable basis for the treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:72 healthy male Sprague-Dawley rats with their weights from 290 to 310 g were randomly divided into sham operation group,hemorrhagic stroke group and acupuncture group.Three groups were divided into four subgroups at time points(6h,24h,3d,7d),each subgroup have 6 rats.According to the stereotaxic atlas of rats,build cerebral hemorrhage model by autologous blood injection in 2 groups,the hemorrhagic stroke group and acupuncture group.When the rats revived,the acupuncture group use acupuncture treatment of Baihui-Qubin.Combined neurological function score for rats corresponding time points and the concentrations of serum TLR4 of the rats of each group were respectively detected with the ELISA kit.Results:1.This experiment established acute cerebral hemorrhage rat model by autologous blood injection method.After modeling,neurological defect signs accord with animal model standard of acute cerebral hemorrhage,proved that replication acute cerebral hemorrhage rat model successfully.It can effectively guide the disease research of acute cerebral hemorrhage in human acute stage;2.The therapeutic process of acupuncturing Baihui-Qubin can effectively improve cerebral hemorrhage after cerebral hemorrhage neurological impairment signs,compared with cerebral hemorrhage group,difference statistically significant(P<0.05);3.The TLR4 levels of acupuncture group were lowered,with the differences of statistic significance(P<0.05).The TLR4 contents were both reduced gradually,compared with cerebral hemorrhage group.Conclusions:1.Mode of rats with acute cerebral hemorrhage was successfully replicated with the method of autologous blood injection in rats;2.The acupuncture treatment of Baihui-Qubin can effectively suppress the apoptosis of neurons after ICH;3.The acupuncture treatment of Baihui-Qubin can reduce serum TLR4 content,thereby inhibiting inflammatory response after cerebral hemorrhage,protecting brain tissue.
