| Objective:Observation the effects of acupuncture using Wntl and morphology in rat brain tissue of acute cerebral hemorrhage conducted at points "Baihui" and "Qubin."Methods:Select 156 healthy male Wistar rats,and randomly divided into blank group,model group 1d,model group 3d,model group 7d,model group 14d,acupuncture group 1d,acupuncture group 3d,acupuncture group 7d,acupuncture group 14d,agonist group 1d,agonist group 3d,agonist group 7d,agonist group 14d;12rats in each group.The experimental groups are illustrated in the model of cerebral hemorrhage using points "Baihui" through"Qubin".The agonist group of rats was injected with SB216763 before 30 minutes had transpired.After completion of-treatment of the neural function defect scale in each time point,the rat brain would die.Morphologieal observation of changes in the brain tissue of rats is gathered through a light microscope;the effects of Wntl protein were measured on the rats respective levels of immunity using Western blot method to detect the rats’brain tissues and effects of acupuncture treatment.Results:1.Compared with the model group,acupuncture can significantly improve the neurological deficit scores of rats,significant differences(P<0.05)were found at 1d.3D,7d,14d were compared with no statistical significance(P>0.05).2.Under light microscope,and the same time point compared with model group,acupuncture group and agonist group reduce the brain tissue around the degree of damage.3.Results of Wntl Western Blot method:model group,acupuncture group and agonist group from the beginning of ID Wntl protein expression increased and peaked at 3D,decreased with 7d,and is expressed at 14d.The agonists compared with the model group differences at(P<0.05).The excitement of acupuncture group units were not significant(P>0.05).4.Immunohistochemical method results are as follows:model groups,acupuncture groups,and agonist groups of Wntl positive cells in peripheral tissue of rats with focal expression changes gradually increased.reaching a peak at 3D with significant difference between the acupuncture group compared to the model group(P<0.05).Statistically significant difference between the agonist groups compared to the model group are(P<0.05).The excitement of units in the acupuncture group were not significant(P>0.05).Conclusions:1.Acupuncture points "Baihui" through "Qubin" significantly increased the degree of damage concerning neurological deficits in rats measured by the cerebral hemorrhage scores.2.Acupuncture points "Baihui" through "Qubin" significantly increased the degree of damage concerning neurological cell,Protected neuron.3.Acupuncture points "Baihui" through "Qubin" raised Wnt signaling pathways of the wntl factor to increase the nerve cell proliferation and differentiation ability,stimulating the reparation and regeneration of the nerve. |
