Clinical Observation Of Shenqiyixin Decoction On HFmrEF (Yang Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) And Its Effect On Serum GDF-15

Objective : In this study,GDF-15 was used as the starting point to observe the clinical efficacy of Shenqi Yixin Decoction in the treatment of HFmr EF patients with yang deficiency and blood stasis and its effect on serum GDF-15,so as to provide new ideas and guidance for the clinical medication of heart failure in the future.Methods : From the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,68 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,34 in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Shenqi Yixin Decoction on the basis of western medicine.The course of treatment was 28 days.The changes of TCM syndrome score,6-minute walking distance,LVEF,cardiac function classification,quality of life score,serum NT-proBNP and GDF-15 were recorded and observed before and after 28 days of treatment in each group.To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Yixin Decoction on HFmr EF patients with yang deficiency and blood stasis and its effect on serum GDF-15.All data were analyzed using SPSS26.0 software.Results :1.Comparison of general data : There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease and basic diseases between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).2.Comparison of TCM syndrome efficacy : After 28 days of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group and the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);The results of comparison between groups showed that the experimental group was more effective in improving TCM syndromes,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the efficacy of the 6-minute walking test : After 28 days of treatment,the 6-minute walking distance of the experimental group and the control group was increased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);The results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving exercise tolerance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Comparison of LVEF values of cardiac ultrasound : After 28 days of treatment,the LVEF values of the experimental group and the control group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the experimental group was more significant,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of cardiac function grading : After 28 days of treatment,the cardiac function grading of the experimental group and the control group was improved compared with that before treatment;The total effective rate of the experimental group was 88.2%,which was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of serum NT-proBNP concentration : After 28 days of treatment,the serum NT-proBNP level of the experimental group and the control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);The results of comparison between groups showed that the experimental group had a more significant effect in improving NT-proBNP,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Comparison of serum GDF-15 concentration : After 28 days of treatment,the serum GDF-15 concentration of the experimental group and the control group was lower than that before treatment(P<0.05);The results of comparison between groups showed that the efficacy of improving GDF-15 in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).8.Comparison of quality of life scores : After 28 days of treatment,the quality of life scores of the experimental group and the control group were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05);The results showed that the experimental group was superior to the control group in improving the quality of life of patients,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion :1.Shenqi Yixin Decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of HFmr EF patients with yang deficiency and blood stasis,improve the cardiac function and quality of life of patients.2.Shenqi Yixin Decoction can effectively reduce the GDF-15 serum level of HFmr EF patients with yang deficiency and blood stasis.
