| Objective:to investigate the effect and patient satisfaction after transplantation of adipose tissue from different parts of the face.Methods:the clinical data of 15 patients with facial transplantation of autologous fat granule were collected and analyzed.The liposuction was divided into the lateral thigh group(group A)and the lower abdomen group(group B).Liposuction method:the anesthesia in the fat transplantation donor area is usually performed by swellinganesthesia.The swelling fluid consists of 1mg adrenaline,200mg lidocaine,1Lphysiological saline and 150ml 5%sodium bicarbonate.According to operation design,the outer thighs for area and lower abdomen perineum,hidden part of the groinincision do 2-3 of 3 mm,with swelling anesthesia,after anesthesia play its role in enough time,using 14 blunt casing to get just the right amount of subcutaneous fat,with a 6-0 Prolene suture incision,placed drainage tube drainage when necessary.Transplantation:the site of transplantation is local anesthesia,and it is generallyrecommended that the proportion of each area is 1%lidocaine and adrenergic1:100,000.After 15-20 minutes,with blunt head intubation(diameter 2.5mm or 3mm,1 side hole),the aspirated tissue 3000rpm was centrifuged for 3 minutes and purified adipose tissue was injected into the facial transplantation site.In preoperative and postoperative 1 week,6 months respectively after random measured average graft site of three soft tissue thickness,the percentage of the difference between the two groups for fat rate,at the same time after 6 months of the lick scale anonymous patientsatisfaction investigation,and the main content for the facial postoperative effect is satisfied,presence of complications,and clinical observation is used to evaluate the quality of the skin to improve.Results:1.The changes in the thickness of soft tissue after fat filling were compared between the two groups,and statistical analysis was performed using SPSS 17.0software.Independent sample t test(P>0.05)was conducted for the difference in fat retention thickness between the two groups 6 months after surgery,and there was no statistically significant difference in fat tissue retention rate between group A andgroup B(P =0.7469,n=15).The follow-up period was 6 months.Compared with preoperative and postoperative photos and relevant examination results,all subjects received adequate soft tissue filling 1 month after surgery to improve the appearance of the target area.The transplanted fat was gradually absorbed within 3 months after surgery.After 3 months,the rate of fat absorption slowed down,and the remaining fat remained stable during the whole follow-up period.2,adipose fill plays a very positive role in facial skin appearance,skin elasticity,firmness and smoothness are improved to different extent,and adjust the volume,symmetry and proportion of facial tissue,within 3 months after surgery,the original skin condition is bad for America,improvement is more obvious.3,observation of postoperative week can appear ecchymosis,edema,into the needle part no scar,no uneven skin,during a follow-up period of 6 months point observation without additional complications or adverse reactions,no skin necrosis,fibrosis,and no infection,fat liquefaction,paresthesia,etc.4.In the final interview of the patient satisfaction score,the average satisfaction rate of 15 patients was:20%very satisfied,53.33%satisfied,and 26.67%generally.Conclusion:autologous fat injection has good tolerance,is to improve the facial fullness and symmetry of a technology,operation is relatively simple,rapid postoperative recovery,repair facial sag effect is satisfied.2.There was no significant difference in the process of autologous fat transplantation between the outer thigh and the lower abdomen of the donor area after fat filling the face.3.The skin condition improved significantly after autologous fat transplantation. |
