Study On The Operation Mode And Cognitive Status Of Multi-hospital Systems In Zhengzhou Z Hospital

ObjectiveUnder the background of the "Healthy China 2030" construction,this study investigated the existing Multi-hospital Systems(MHS)model in Zhengzhou,the problems existing in the operating mechanism were summarized,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed,which provided a reference for the establishment of the regional medical unit.MethodsThe literature research,thematic group discussions and other methods were used to design the "Multi-hospital Systems Questionnaire";stratified random sampling method was adopted to select 21 member units in the regional medical center of Zhengzhou Z Hospital according to the hospital level,and 500 medical staff and 500 patients were randomly investigated on site;to explore the influencing factors of the operational mechanism of the medical association,the collected data was analyzed by Chi-square test and Logistic regression;Epidata3.02 was adopted to establish a database and data entry,and SPSS22.0 was used to statistical analysis.Results1.Questionnaire Survey:an independently designed questionnaire was used,in which medical staff and patients distributed 500 questionnaires respectively,and the effective questionnaire recovery rates were 94.8%and 94.0%,respectively.After examination,the Cronbach’s alpha of the medical staff questionnaire and the patient questionnaire were 0.890 and 0.849 respectively.Both of the questionnaire recovery rate and reliability are good.2.Zhengzhou Z Hospital has greatly increased the medical service revenue,outpatient and outpatient visits,and referral cases and free consultations through a hierarchical management approach in which multiple cooperative modes coexist.This is to increase the level of medical services in the region.Improving the utilization efficiency of regional medical services has played a leading role.3.There was a statistically significant difference in the level of understanding of the hospital,the number of participants,the types of medical policy access,the types of primary care services received,and the degree of publicity in the patients’understanding of the medical association,the willingness to make referrals,and the need for medical treatment.<0.05).The logistic regression results showed that the degree of participation and understanding of the types of medical insurance,the types of medical policy pathways received,and the more patients receiving primary care services and advocacy,the higher the degree of recognition and cooperation of the medical association.4.Investigate hospital ranks,understand the types of medical policy channels,types of participation in informatization methods,types of participation in training,types of participation in learning,types of charitable activities carried out by hospitals,whether hospitals are motivated and whether they have received referral patients in medical personnel vs.medical institutions There was a statistically significant difference in the degree of understanding,effect evaluation,recognition,and willingness to cooperate(P<0.05).Logistic regression results showed that medical staff who understand medical policy channels,participate in informatization and training learning types,conduct more public welfare activities and incentives in hospitals,and treated patients who have received referral patients have a higher degree of awareness of medical associations and higher hospital coordination.Conclusions1.The concept of hierarchical management is adopted in the regional medical consortium of Zhengzhou Z Hospital.Through constructing a remote platform,carrying out support measures,building a training system,popularizing appropriate technologies,and strengthening publicity and integration,the residents of Zhengzhou Z Hospital will be guided to the first-level consultation and promote patients.The two-way referral has achieved certain results in optimizing the use of regional medical and health resources and realizing the homogenization of regional medical management.2.During the operation of the medical association,it is still necessary to pay attention to the functional positioning of various levels of institutions,strengthen the construction of the platform and center,innovate the propaganda model,and strive for government support,so as to ensure the coordinated development within the medical association and improve the level of homogeneity management.
