Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Tanshinone On Endometrial Hyperplasia Lesions With Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation Tanshinone Capsules on the treatment of endometrial lesions associated with polycystic ovary syndrome,and its influence on endocrine and reproductive hormones.Through the observation of Tanshinone on the treatment of endometrial lesions in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,explore the mechanism of Tanshinone on this disease.Methods:In the clinical observation,the use of research methods were compared before and after treatment,Through pathological examination diagnosed 43 cases of patients with PCOS in complex endometrial hyperplasia or endometrial hyperplasia or polypoid hyperplasia,including 3 shedding of patients which can not according to the course of medication or using other treatment,treated with oral administration of Tanshinone therapy for 3 months.After treatment,analysis,dohysteroscopic endometrial biopsy pathology observation post at the same time,blood fasting blood glucose,insulin and androgen,blood lipids,liver,renal function by observation of the change,calculation of HOMA-IR,and to observe the clinical symptom.By comparing the changes before and after treatment,the clinical symptoms and uterine endometrial endocrine indicators,analysis the clinical curative effect of Tanshinone,analysis of function mechanism.Results:1.Taking Tanshinone before treatment,40 patients have different degree of insulin resistance,Kaohsiung hormones of 95%.2.After treatment,insulin resistance and Kaohsiung hormone levels are significantly improved,obesity’ s high blood lipids can be improved,P<0.05,the difference has statistical significance.3.Before and after Tanshinone treatment,the total effective rate was 95%,among them,40 patients in the service of Tanshinone in 3 months after the treatment of intimal lesion conversion in secretory phase endometrium and endometrial stromal in decidualized changes of the ratio is 75%.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine extract Tanshinone is comprehensive and effective treatment medicine on syndrome endometrial lesions in patients with polycystic ovary,there may be reversed simple hyperplasia and complex endometrial function,homeostasis model assessment insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)decreased significantly,blood lipid,male hormone levels decrease,the difference has statistical significance.Taking Tanshinone not only has obvious curative effect,and it is convenient,economic,no significant adverse reactions,It is expected to be an ideal method in the treatment of PCOS with endometrial lesions.
