The Clinical Research Of Bushen Huatan Treatment On ADP And Endometrial GLUT4with Polycystic Ovary Sydrome With Insulin Resistance

Objective: To know the affect of the endocrine,metabolism, APN, GLUT4andpregnancy outcome in PCOS patientswith IR treated with bushen huatan method,disscussthe clinicl mechanism.Methods: seventy-five proved PCOS patients were separated into two groups atrandom. The study group included forty patients and the control group included thirty-fivepatients. The study group was treated with CPA combined bushenhuatan traditionalChinese medicine for tuo cycles, and the control group was treated with CPA only. Afterthe treatment with these drugs, we observe the differences of improvement of syndrome、FSH、LH、T、E2、FINS、FPG、ISI、APN.Then they accepted the same therapy for inducingovulation for three cycles.To compare the rate of ovulation and pregnancy in the twogroups. We take the endometrial in24hours of menstrual cramps to detect the content ofGLUT4for not pregnant patients who agreed. Correlation test between APN and thecontent of GLUT4.Results:1. the study group had obvious improvement of syndrome.2. afterthreatment, the study group had obvious improvement of serur LH、T、FINS and ISI,therewas significant differene ebetween the twogroup;there was not significant difference in thelevels of serur FSH、 E2、 FPG.3. after threatment, the study group had obviousimprovement of serur APN and the content of GLUT4in endometrium, and there wassignificant differene ebetween the twogroup.5.APN and the levels of GLUT4inendometrium were significantly positive correlation. Conclusion:1. bushen huatan method can effectively improve the symptoms of PCOSwith IR.2. The PrinciPle improving the IR of the PCOS is relative with the level of serumAPN.3. bushen huatan method improve endometrial local IR by increasing theendometrial GLUT4expression.4. bushen huatan method improve the clinical pregnancyrate through the improvement of systemic and loca insulin resistance.
