General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the strategy of rural revitalization at the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,and by consolidating and perfecting the basic rural management system,he has always adhered to the development direction of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,with the goal of developing green countryside,constructing a modern rural governance system adapted to today’s society,and enhancing rural governance capacity,among other aspects,so as to eradicate poverty,improve people’s livelihood and gradually achieve common prosperity.Alashan left flag natural environment is poor,but the ecological position is important,the implementation of rural revitalization strategy to improve the local ecological environment,promote economic development is of great significance.Forestry plays an important role in the implementation of rural revitalization,in order to promote the development of forestry,China has formulated a number of forestry policies,so that China’s forestry shows a good development trend at the same time promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.In this paper,the implementation of alasan left flag forestry policy as the research object,through the literature law,observation method,questionnaire method and other ways to analyze the problems in the implementation of Alashan left flag forestry policy: First,the implementation of the policy is difficult,second,the policy implementation efficiency is low,third,weak supervision links,fourth,low participation of the masses.This paper analyzes the causes of the problem and thinks that the above problems that lead to the implementation of alashan left flag forestry policy are: First,the environment for the implementation of forestry policy is not ideal,second,the main force of policy implementation is weak,third,the regulatory link of policy implementation is weak,and fourth,the policy propaganda is not in place.Countermeasures and solutions are proposed,mainly: improving the policy implementation environment,strengthening the main force of policy implementation,improving the supervision mechanism of policyimplementation,strengthening policy publicity and promoting democratic participation,etc.,with a view to providing reference help to local governments and forestry departments in promoting the implementation of forestry policy.
