| Potato is an important crop,which is easily infected by pathogenic bacteria.Soil-borne diseases become more and more serious with continuous cropping.In recent years,the problems brought by chemical control of diseases have been highlighted.Environmental friendly biological control has been accepted by people,and the development and utilization of organic fertilizer resources have received more and more attention.In order to explore the effects of new organic fertilizers,active algae and biological agents on potato growth promotion and disease prevention,this experiment used three new organic fertilizers and four biological control agents to study the growth promotion effect on potato and the prevention and control effect on potato black spot,scab,wilt and other soil-borne diseases in the field.At the same time,taking the organic fertilizer of carbon polyglutamic acid,which can promote growth and prevent diseases,as an example,the effects of organic fertilizer on the number of microorganisms,enzyme activity and soil fertility in rhizosphere soil were studied.The results are as follows:1.100%natural seaweed extract "ameizi",active seaweed biological fertilizer "Algar"and carbon polyglutamic acid organic fertilizer "weimi" can promote potato plant growth,effectively prevent and control potato soil-borne diseases and increase yield.Among them,"weimi" 250ml/667m2 organic fertilizer of polyglutamic acid plus drip irrigation has the best inhibiting effect on potato nevus,scab and black shank,with the inhibiting effects reaching 33.42%,66.67%and 57.14%respectively,increasing production by 13.69%~17.82%.2.Biological agents can effectively prevent and control major soil-borne diseases of potatoes and increase yield.The biological agent Zhuorun has the most obvious control effect on potato scab,the control effect reaches 32.37%~56.44%,and the yield is increased by 10.85%~31.48%,among which the biological agent Zhuorun 100ml/667m2 ditch application plus drip irrigation treatment has the best effect.3.The research on the activity of potato rhizosphere soil by applying carbon polyglutamic acid organic fertilizer "Weimi" shows that the organic fertilizer can improve the microbial biomass of the rhizosphere soil,reduce the pH value,improve the enzyme activity and increase the content of available N,P and K,of which the application twice has the best effect. |
