Control Of Fusarium Wilt In Potato And Effects Of Soil Micro Ecology Combining Biocontrol Agents With Organic Fertilizer

Fusarium wilt in potato is one of the serious soil-borne diseases in potato growing areas. It has been a serious threat to the production of potato, resulting in the production of potato, commodity and seed potato quality decline. With the promotion of people’s awareness of ecological environmental protection, biological control is being paid more and more attention, and good results are obtained in the control of some diseases.But single biocontrol agents on potato Fusarium wil is limited, can not fundamentally reduce the occurrence of diseases. The control effects, influence of rhizosphere soil microbial populations, soil enzyme activity and soil physical and chemical properties were studied by combining biocontrol agents with organic fertilizer in different ways in field,so that control of the occurrence of wilt disease from the perspective of micro ecology The results as follows:1. The way of combining biocontrol agents with organic fertilizer can effectively control Potato wilt disease, reduce plant incidence, the disease rate of tuber, and incr-ease production. Trichoderma+ Bacillus subtilis mixed organic fertilizer application show the best effect of disease prevention, compared with the control, the incidence of the disease decreased 27.42%, the control effect is 66.54%, the rate of diseased tuber decreased by 26.8%, and the yield increased by 33.79%.The way of combining biocontrol agents with organic fertilizer can better play the effect of biocontrol agents.2. The experiment of different treatments on the number of microorganisms in rhizosphere soil show that the number of microorganisms in the Rhizosphere changed significantly,bacteria, actinomycetes and antagonistic microorganism increased, fungi decreased by combining biocontrol agents with organic fertilizer.3. The experiment of different treatments on soil quality in rhizosphere soil show that soil urease, phosphatase, invertase and catalase activity were increased so as to accelerate the decomposition of soil nutrients, soil bulk density was reduced and the physical and chemical properties of soil was improved by combining biocontrol agents with organic fertilizer.4.9 tretments of 5 kinds of biological organic fertilizer in different methods on the effect of preventing and controlling the disease of potato Fusarium wilt and its effect on yield. The result show that the treatment of anti continuous cropping biological agents broadcasted in the furrow and HeLiyuan biological agents broadcasted in the furrow can prevent and control the occurrence potato Fusarium wilt.
