Cultivated land is the basic resources and elements of human life and production. It is the basis of grain production, and the quality of cultivated land is related to the yield of grain. The existing cultivated land quality evaluation system mainly evaluates cultivated land nationwide, and evaluates a certain aspect of cultivated land quality. Most of them are cultivated land natural quality evaluations, and lack of ecological health considerations,it affects the level and efficiency of cultivated land quality management to a certain extent. To a certain extent, cultivated land quality management The level and efficiency have an impact, and it also restricts the construction of a "trinity" protection and supervision system for the quantity, quality and ecology of cultivated land.In this paper, the cultivated land in QingTongXia city of NingXia was taken as the evaluation object, the cultivated land map in 2016 annual update results of cultivated land quality in QingTongXia city was used as the evaluation unit,Refer to the technical specifications for the evaluation of cultivated land quality, such as the regulations for the grading of agricultural land quality and the technical regulations for the investigation of cultivated land fertility and quality evaluation, using the cultivated land quality survey monitoring and evaluation standard(trial draft)technical requirements, based on the actual situation of QingTongXia city in NingXiam, using the 3S technology and the comprehensive index evaluation method, optimize the cultivated land quality evaluation,to establish a more scientific evaluation system for the quality of cultivated land, the main evaluation results are as follows:1.The evaluation indexes of cultivated land quality were optimized, and indicators such as topographic features, tillage conditions, soil characteristics, health status and biological characteristics were selected, the use of health indicators and biological characteristics of indicators for correction. The cultivated land quality of QingTongXia is divided into four grades:excellent, good, medium and low.2.From the perspective of cultivated land quality, the cultivated land quality index of QingTongXia is generally higher, and the cultivated land quality is better. The area of excellent cultivated land is 10544.35 hectares, accounting for 27.35%of the city's total cultivated land area. The area of good cultivated land is 16757.81 hectares, accounting for 43.47%of the city's total cultivated land area. The medium land area is 7,348.43 hectares, accounting for 19.06%of the city's total cultivated land area. The low land area is 3896.58 hectares, accounting for 10.11%of the city's total cultivated land area. The proportion of the area of good grade and excellent grade in the total area reached 70.82%.3.From the spatial distribution and spatial distribution of QingTongXia cultivated land quality presents a descending from east to west, the east of cultivated land quality overall is better than the west,QingTongXia cultivated land quality is related to the distribution of the Yellow River, near the Yellow River is superior and more good, and far away from the Yellow River at the ends of the east and west region for medium to low and more.4.Evaluation results from the application point of view, can be intuitive understanding of cultivated land quality status and regional distribution, can be directly for strengthening farmland protection and scientific land planning, the reasonable development and utilization of cultivated land to provide technical support, can also according to the QingTongXia for cultivated land quality, reasonably adjust the high-quality agricultural industry layout, provide guidance to help improve the quality and safety of agricultural products, etc.
