Research On Forestry Economic Growth In Rongcheng City

Forestry refers to the cultivation,development and utilization of forestry resources under the premise of protecting the ecological environment and maintaining ecological balance.Forestry applies advanced technology and scientific management methods on the basis of protecting forest resources to enable them to exert benefits and promote itself.Economic growth is one of the important components of the national economy.As one of the most important resources at present,forestry resources are related to human life and development.Therefore,the relationship between forestry economy and protection of ecological resources must be balanced.At present,due to over-exploitation,the ecological efficiency and production functions of forests have been significantly reduced.How to develop forestry economy scientifically and rationally on the basis of protecting forest resources and at the same time with the realization of the sustainable development of forestry economy and the economic and social development with resources and even with the coordination between environment and population ?The total forestry output value of Rongcheng City accounts for an important proportion in the total forestry output value of the entire Weihai area.Therefore,to realize the increase of the total forestry output value of the entire Weihai area,it is of great significance to discuss and study the forestry economic growth of Rongcheng City.This article expounded the basic resource endowment and current situation of Rongcheng forestry economic development,firstly based on the economic growth theory and production efficiency theory and combined with the specific data status of each factor input and economic output of forestry production in Rongcheng from 2003 to 2018.It analyzed Relevant factors affecting the forestry economic growth of Rongcheng City in the past 16years: capital investment,labor input,science and technology investment,forestry disaster prevention,mitigation subsidies,forestry industry development awards,many other supporting policies.This article found problems in the forestry economic growth process of Rongcheng City,including severe destruction of forest resources,slow development of economic forests,and weak construction of forestry infrastructure.Based on the CD production function,the related elements and the data of forestry production input and output,the DEA method is used to build an output-oriented production model to estimate the forestry of Rongcheng City.The production efficiency of all factors of economic growth is decomposed.Finally,based on the forestry economic growth efficiency and eachinfluencing factor,a multiple linear regression model is constructed to analyze the influencing direction and degree of each factor,and it is found that the influencing factors of forestry economic growth in Rongcheng City are ranked according to the influencing degree,which are: forestry disaster prevention,mitigation subsidy policy,forestry industry development incentive policy,science and technology investment,capital investment,labor input.Based on this,this article proposed the countermeasures and suggestions for expanding the forestry disaster prevention and mitigation subsidy scope,in order to improve the forestry industry development reward mechanism and to promote the forestry technology progress in the forestry economic growth of Rongcheng City.
