| Yuexi black pig is an endemic pig breed in Yuexi County,Anhui Province.It has the advantages of good meat quality,rough feeding resistance,strong disease resistance and strong adaptability.Its hybrid offspring have excellent hybrid advantages,but also because of their litter The number is low,the growth rate is slow,and the lean meat rate is low,which leads to poor breeding efficiency,which restricts its industrialization development process.Therefore,on the basis of breeding selection and development and utilization of the original Yuexi black pig breeding pigs,cultivating high-efficiency,low-consumption,high-quality new Yuexi black pig breeds,accelerating the development and utilization of new breeds,for the promotion of Yuexi black pig breeding Breeding has important practical and historical significance.In view of the above,the improvement of Yuexi black pig breeds is particularly important,so the introduction of high-yielding father pigs,Beijing black pigs and Berkshire pigs,can achieve improvement.This paper mainly focuses on the comparison of the reproductive traits of Yuexi Black Pig,Beiyue Black Pig,and Bayue Black Pig.Follow-up research and analysis of the carcass performance and meat quality of Yuexi Black Pig and Beiyue Black Pig were carried out.The experiment adopted 2012-2018 The annual breeding data of Yuexi Black Pig,Beiyue Black Pig and Bayue Black Pig and the slaughter data of Yuexi Black Pig and Beiyue Black Pig were analyzed and studied.The main research results are as follows:1.An analysis of the sow reproductive status of Yuexi Black Pig,Beiyue Black Pig and Bayue Black Pig.The results showed that the total litter size of Yuexi Black Pig was 9.54 and the total number of litters of Beiyue Black Pig was 10.82.There were9.18 Bayu black pigs.Significance analysis showed that the number of litters of Beiyue black pigs increased significantly compared with Yuexi black pigs and Bayue black pigs.The comparative analysis of the number of litters of Beiyue Black Pig and Yuexi Black Pig in different years,the results show that,except for the low total number of litters of Beiyue Black Pig in 2016,the total number of litters in other years maintained a gradual increase.And in 2017 and 2018,the total litter size remained at around 11 births.The total number of litters of Yuexi black pigs in different years are not significantly different,but they are showing an upward trend.2.Compared with Yuexi Black Pig and Beiyue Black Pig,the total number of litters of the same parity and the number of live litters of the same parity were significantly improved.3.Using the parity of Yuexi black pig and Beiyue black pig and the average litter size and total litter size using binomial to fit,the regression equations are y =-0.0873x2 + 0.7215 x + 7.6629,y =-0.0757x2 + 0.6568 x + 9.6039,y =-0.0886x2 +0.6054 x + 8.6717,y =-0.0916x2 +0.64 x + 8.4759.The analysis of the regression curve trend of parity and average total litter size and the regression curve trend of parity and average live birth number indicate that the trend of the regression curve of Yuexi black pig and Beiyue black pig is roughly similar.The number began to decrease after the third parity peaked,and as the parity continued to increase,the total litter size gradually declined,while the Yuexi black pig began to decline after reaching the fourth parity.4.Carrying out slaughter tests on Yuexi black pigs and Beiyue black pigs,and carrying out research and analysis on carcass traits and meat quality traits,the results show that the meat color score of Yuexi black pigs is significantly lower than that of Beiyue black pigs(P<0.05),Yuexi The b* and Y of black pigs were significantly higher than that of Beiyue black pigs(P<0.05).The marbling scores,p H1,p H24,drip loss,hydraulic power,water loss rate,water content,intramuscular fat and tenderness of both groups There was no significant difference(P>0.05),indicating that the meat quality of Beiyue Black Pig was not significantly different from that of Yuexi Black Pig,only the meat color changed. |
