| Livestock and poultry farming is an important part of China’s agricultural development strategy.At present,China’s livestock and poultry farming model has the characteristics of large scale,intensive,modernization,high density,etc.,and has more control over the ammonia concentration,temperature and humidity in the livestock house High requirements,but the current chicken farms mainly rely on ventilation to control the temperature and humidity.When faced with extreme weather,there is no better control method;the removal of ammonia in chicken houses Mainly rely on ventilation and some physical and chemical methods,which have high cost,low efficiency and poor sustainability.The purpose of this experiment is to eliminate ammonia in the house and regulate the temperature and humidity in the house.Separate photosynthetic bacteria,lactic acid bacteria and yeast from the surface sludge at the bottom of the aquatic product and chicken intestines,and carry out enrichment culture,separation and purification,and then make a mixture of microorganisms according to a certain ratio under the guidance of the basic theory of microbial metabolism;Study the influence of temperature in the process of spraying the microbial mixture developed by professional spray equipment.The spray time is 3min and the recording time is 14 min.The temperature drops from 23.3℃ before spraying to a minimum of 20.4℃,with a maximum decrease of 12.4%,which is extremely poor 2.9℃,calculated P<0.001;study the influence of relative humidity during the process of spraying the microbial mixture developed by professional spray equipment,spray time 3min,recording time 14 min,relative humidity rose from 60.1 before spray to a maximum of 97.4,The maximum increase range is 62.06%,the range is 37.3,the calculated P<0.001;the effect of using a professional spray equipment to spray the microbial mixture developed on the ammonia concentration in the chicken house,spray time 3min,recording time 18 h,ammonia concentration From 0.032‰ before spraying,the lowest was 0.002‰,the largest drop was 93.75%,the range was 0.030‰,the calculated P<0.001,and the ammonia concentration was maintained at 0.002‰ for at least 15 h.Studies have shown that the microbial mixture developed in the spray process will significantly reduce temperature and increase humidity,and has a significant effect on reducing the ammonia concentration in the chicken house.Compared with other methods of improving the environment of the chicken house in the current breeding mode,it has a cost The advantages of low efficiency,high efficiency and strong sustainability have important guiding significance for environmental control in the farm. |
