Effect Of Aluminosilicate And Activated Alumina Adsorbent On Adsorption Of Harmful Gas In Cowshed In Four Seasons

Animal husbandry plays a very important role in the survival and development of human beings,but the animal husbandry caused air pollution problems also worthy of attention.In this experiment,two different adsorbents,aluminosilicate adsorbent and activated alumina adsorbent,Applied to the lactation dairy cowhouse,the effect of four kinds of harmful gas adsorption on carbon dioxide,methane,ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in the spring,summer,autumn and winter seasons.One control group and two test groups were set up respectively.The ventilator with no adsorbent was the control group,and the ventilation fans with aluminosilicate and activated alumina adsorbent were set as test groups 1 and 2,respectively.A portable gas detector was used to measure the four gas concentration data of the control group and the test group 1 and 2,respectively.The difference between the control group’s concentration data and the test group’s concentration data was obtained.The difference was the adsorption concentration of the adsorbents in the two test groups.Using the calculation formula,combined with real-time temperature wind speed and atmospheric pressure data,the measured adsorption concentration value is converted into adsorption quality.The results show:The adsorption quality of carbon dioxide: In the spring,51.13 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 60.27 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the summer,55.70 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 72.25 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the autumn,35.03 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 38.54 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the winter,45.39 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 74.94 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent.The adsorption quality of methane: In the spring,6.72 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 8.72 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the summer,7.03 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 12.58 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the autumn,6.54 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 12.21 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the winter,8.24 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 16.47 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent.The adsorption quality of ammonia: In the spring,0.97 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 1.29 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the summer,1.19 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 1.98 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the autumn,1.89 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 2.05 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the winter,0.46 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 0.63 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent.The adsorption quality of hydrogen sulfide: In the spring,1.77 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 0.94 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the summer,2.62 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 2.27 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the autumn,0.83 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 0.77 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent;in the winter,1.34 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of aluminosilicate adsorbent and 1.0 grams was adsorbed by per kilogram of activated alumina adsorbent.In summary,the aluminosilicate adsorbent and activated alumina adsorbent have strong adsorption capacity for four kinds of harmful gases in the cowshed.Among them,the activated alumina adsorbent has relatively uniform adsorption capacity for four harmful gases,and aluminosilicate adsorbent pairs The adsorption specificity of hydrogen sulfide gas is stronger because of the special nature of the adsorbent,and the adsorption amount will gradually decrease with the increase of the humidity in the same quarter.The aluminosilicate adsorbent needs to be replaced at the 25 th hour,and the activated alumina adsorbent needs to be replaced at the 29 th hour.
