In order to enrich the cultivated varieties of Sun-greenhouse strawberry Ningxia,the photosynthetic characteristics,yield and quality of four strawberry varieties in solar greenhouse were compared.Aiming at the prominent problems such as heavy water and fertilizer and low water and fertilizer utilization efficiency in strawberry production,a series of studies were carried out on the quality,yield and water use efficiency of sachinoka with different irrigation amount and irrigation frequency,different irrigation amount and potassium application rate,etc.The purpose of this study was to determine the most suitable irrigation amount,irrigation frequency and potassium application rate,to improve the water and potassium fertilizer use efficiency,and to provide theoretical basis for precise water control and fertilization of strawberry.The main findings are as follows:1 The effect of different irrigation amount and irrigation frequency on strawberry yield,quality and water use efficiency.(1)The strawberry plants grew better under the irrigation is once for every 5 days(here after D2 in short),the irrigation amount was 13.08m3/667m2(here after W3 in short).And when the ratio of free water to bound water is higher as7.04 and the irrigation is once for 3 days(here after D1 in short)and the irrigation amount is 6.54m3/667m2,the dry matter accumulation of strawberry is higher as 26.03 g.The higher amount of irrigation is beneficial to the extension of strawberry roots,the accumulation of chlorophyll content,and the transpiration of strawberry leaves,thus promoting photosynthesis.(2)under the same irrigation frequency of 3.27 m3/667m2(hereafter W1),the content of soluble sugar and starch were higher.The content of sucrose was the most under D1W2(38.81mg/g)and D1W3(38.22mg/g).With the same irrigation frequency,the content of sucrose increased gradually with the increase of water content,and the content of fructose tend to decrease gradually.(3)the highest total yield(D1W3)was 2380.29kg/667m2,and the yield of which was increased by23.15%than that of D3W1(1828.91 kg/667m2).D1 W2 had the highest yield(1356.97 kg/667m2)at the beginning.The average fruit weight of D2W3 was the heaviest of 15.20 g.When the irrigation frequency was 3 days,the rate of high quality fruit was higher,and the rate of abnormal fruit was generally lower when the irrigation frequency was 5 days.On the whole,under D1 W2,the growth of strawberry shoot was better,the photosynthetic ability was stronger,the yield was higher,but the water use efficiency was lower.Under D2W2,the dry matter accumulation and early yield were higher than those of other treatments.When the irrigation frequency was 5 days,the dry and fresh weight at the underground part was higher than that of other treatments.Therefore,6.54 m3/667m2 was taken as the appropriate irrigation amount.And at the seedling and flowering stages,the irrigation is once for 5 days and once for 3 days at the stage of fruit expansion and ripening.2 Effect of different soil moisture index and potassium application rate on strawberry yield.(1)Under K3T2 treatment,the plant height(17.59cm)and leaf area(17.59cm2)were the largest.The transpiration rate(61.53mmol.m2s-1)and chlorophyll content(48.44SPAD)of K3T1 were high.(2)When the amount of potassium fertilizer was 30kg/667m2(here after K2 in short),the average weight of per fruit,the rate of good quality fruit were all higher than 20 kg/667 m2(here after K1)and K3,and with the increase of irrigation amount,the total yield increased at first and then decreased.K2T2 had the highest yield and the average fruit weight increased with the increase of irrigation a(3)The content of soluble sugar was the highest of 13.02%under the treatment of K2T1;and the content of soluble solids was higher under the treatment of K3T1(10.45%),K2T3(10.05%),and the ratio of sugar and acid was the highest under the treatment of K3T2 and K3T3,and the content of organic acid was higher than that of K2 and K3 when the amount of potassium fertilizer was K1.In general,when the amount of irrigation is more and the potassium application is moderate,the growth of plants is more vigorous and it is also beneficial to the development of photosynthesis.When the field water holding capacity was 70%-80%and the potassium application rate was 30kg/667 m2,the strawberry plants had better growth,stronger photosynthetic capacity,higher quality,yield and water use efficiency,so it was recommended to be the appropriate water and fertilizer application rate in flowering and fruit period of strawberry in solar greenhouse.
