Film planting has the functions of increasing temperature,protecting moisture,inhibiting weed growth,and increasing crop yield.It is widely used in arid,semi-arid and cold regions of China.At present,the use of thin mulch film is more common in the country.During the recovery period,the mulch film is seriously damaged and difficult to pick up,resulting in a large accumulation of surface and mulch film.The residual film in the field causes serious pollution in the agricultural environment.Since 2015,the state has promoted and mandated the use of thick mulch film of 0.01 mm or more.The thick mulch film still has good tensile strength during the recovery period,which provides a possibility for roll recycling.In this paper,a remnant film reeling machine for thick film recovery is designed for the problem of thin film recycling,low working efficiency and difficult separation of membrane impurities.After the film field,the residual film is collected and recovered in the autumn,and the operation of the film,the film,the film separation,the film winding and the film unloading can be completed in one operation.The main work and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)Study on the change of mechanical properties of the film during use.Taking typical film mulching planting areas in Qinghai province as the object,according to the relevant national standards,the mechanical characteristics of three different film thicknesses of 0.01 mm,0.012 mm and 0.015 mm during film mulching were tested and studied by electronic universal testing machine.The results showed that the mechanical properties of the film decreased with the prolongation of filming time,and the mechanical properties of the film decreased significantly during the uncovering period.The longitudinal and transverse tensile loads of 0.01 mm and 0.012 mm were decreased by about 30%,and the longitudinal and transverse average pulling of 0.015 mm.The tensile load decreases by 20% and 30% respectively;the thicker the mulch,the better the mechanical properties,and the smaller the average tensile load decreases.(2)Determination of the whole machine plan of the residual film roll.Based on the promotion of thick film and the new standard,the planting mode and agronomic requirements of the typical film-covered area in the northwest part of the country are investigated,and the overall design and basic technical parameters of the roll-up machine are determined.The whole machine is composed of a film-forming device,a transmission device and a membrane-separating device,film roll and film unloading device.The machine is mainly used for the narrow film recovery of the coated corn field.The primary operation can realize the functions of filming,film feeding,membrane separation,film rolling and film unloading.(3)Key component design.A single-wing shovel structure with a guide film grid is designed to achieve the function of falling soil and film feeding during operation.Simulation analysis of the film shovel,the maximum force of the film shovel at the threaded hole,137 MPa,designed to meet the strength requirements;using a three-claw tooth removal mechanism with a planetary transmission mechanism inside,can achieve rapid unloading,improve work efficiency;design three-stage transmission for easy installation and commissioning.(4)Trial-manufacture of equipment and field trials.The trial-manufacture of equipment is completed and pre-tested.The pre-test results show that when the line speed of the film roll is 1.12~1.22 times of the advance speed of the machine,under the action of the speed adaptive spring,the machine can realize the normal roll-up and determine the transmission design parameters.A field test was conducted on a new film of 0.008 mm and a film test of 90 d.The results show that the improved design of the intermediate fixed double-wing shovel works best,and the width of the double-wing shovel is 150 mm.When the old film test field does not contain or has some small-sized stones,the machine does not have congestion or broken film.The work is working well.The test finally showed that the machine can achieve 0.01 mm thick film roll recycling.
