| Ningxia is located in the middle and upper reaches of the Yellow River,with a perennial rice planting area of more than 1 million mu.It is an ancient rice planting area in the northwest frontier of the great desert.Located in the south of the hinterland of ningxia plain,wuzhong litong district is fertile with sufficient irrigation conditions of the Yellow River.Rice is the main grain crop in the region and the main rice producing area in ningxia hui autonomous region.The annual planting area of rice in litong district is about 80,000 mu,and the comprehensive operation level of rice mechanized production is 94%.Retrieval method in this paper,through literature,field survey method and the empirical analysis of ningxia wuzhong city litong three main rice mechanization planting mechanization planting way,mechanization dry live,mechanization precise drought dibbling research and analyze three planting ways,from the mechanized tillage soil preparation,planting mechanization,plant protection to the mechanized harvesting mechanization from four aspects,summarizes the agricultural production process and mechanization planting process,and analyzes three kinds of mechanized seeding rate,comprehensive traits of testing scheme rice,grain,effective ear,plant diseases and insect pests,such as production factors,To evaluate the effects of three rice planting experiments on "labor saving,cost saving and efficiency increasing",and to provide references for the selection of mechanized rice planting mode in litong district,so as to maximize rice farmers’ benefits.The results of three mechanized rice planting methods showed that:(1)Mechanized seedling transplanting,mechanical drought-direct seeding and mechanical precision drought-direct hill-seeding are three different cultivation methods for increasing yield.Drought-direct hill-seeding and drought-direct planting methods increase yield by increasing seed amount,while mechanized seedling transplanting mainly increases tiller points of rice and increases yield by relying on tiller capacity.Therefore,the difference in planting method should correspond to the increase of rice yield and rice quality.(2)Dibbling planting rice machinery precise drought way live on experimental zone compared with the dry seedling production,machine on the increase is mainly due to the formulation of agronomic measures on cavitation plant as well as the advanced technology of "nest eye type",enhances the seedlings ventilation photosynthetic effect,thus reduce the rice blast,the occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests of rice planthopper,etc.(3)In the experimental area,the mechanical precision hill-sowing planting method of rice in drought highlights the prominent cost-saving and efficiency enhancing effect,saving about 110 yuan compared with the cost of transplanting rice by machine,and improving the quality and efficiency by 8.5% compared with the direct seeding in drought by machine.Rice mechanical drought-induced hill-drop seeding is simple and easy to operate in drill planting mode,and has obvious effect on planting cost saving,but the degree of improving quality and increasing efficiency is not obvious.However,due to the large amount of investment in seedling cultivation and the immaturity of supporting technologies such as factory seedling cultivation,small-scale demonstration and promotion is suggested in the whole rice planting area. |
