In this paper, we mainly study to improve corn yields in the corn production operations system. We have the experiment in LinFen area, Shanxi province. First we test the relation between corn row and corn yields. In the past, some farmers think the more seed in a certain area, the higher production. But this practice is wrong in fact. There should have a certain spacing between corns when people plants corns. This is the reason why we do this experiment. Selecting the most appropriate planting spacing can improve yields, meeting the maximize profits of corn planting. We also need weeding among corn planting. In this experiment, we can see the significant changes of corn harvest between cultivating and non-cultivating while there is a market effect on the cultivator contrast between different mechanical cultivators. Then in the harvest, corn the start research time of corn machine is later than wheat machine and its step is slower. So there are still some problems, such as ear bite, drain and other problems in the particular corn harvest. In this trial, we study the two core harvests experimentally. The main results are as follows:Standardized planting can significantly reduce the rate of machine loss harvest.(1)The machine loss of conventional planting is 1.9%. The machine loss of standardized planting is 1.2%.(2)In the case of standardized planting, the machine loss increases 3.7% in cultivating land than the land without cultivating.(3)The machine harvest efficiency of 4YZ-4B type corn harvester machine of North Double Arrow King increases 0.03% than 4YZ-3 type corn harvester machine of Shanxi Fly Elephant. The machine grain loss rate of 4YZ-4B type corn harvester machine of North Double Arrow King increases 0.7% than 4YZ-3 type corn harvester machine of Shanxi Fly Elephant. The machine ear loss rate of 4YZ-4B type corn harvester machine of North Double Arrow King increases 0.55% than 4YZ-3 type corn harvester machine of Shanxi Fly Elephant. The machine impurity loss rate of 4YZ-4B type corn harvester machine of North Double Arrow King increases 0.15% than 4YZ-3 type corn harvester machine of Shanxi Fly Elephant. The effect of 4YZ-4B type stripping corn harvester machine of North Double Arrow King is better than 4YZ-3 type corn harvester machine of Shanxi Fly Elephant.Through the corn harvest test models,Through this experiment mechanization of corn production operations system in Linfen area, we understand deeply the combination between whole process of planting mechanization to mechanization cultivator and its fitting machine. This makes corn production achieve standardization of planting and harvesting, thus reducing the yield loss caused by ancillary equipment in the production process. Finally this achieves the purpose of reducing the loss in corn, increasing production and promotes romote appropriate support models in Linfen.
