| Industrial metabolism analysis is to trace and analyze the input-output system of material,energy and labor in industrial production process,reveal the interaction relationship between industrial system,improve material metabolism,and integrate industrial activities with natural circulation,so as to reduce the role of environmental pressure in the process of product life cycle.This paper takes the rex rabbit industry chain of a typical sand industry enterprise in the Kubuqi Desert as the research object.A comparative study of industrial metabolism through the traditional rabbit industry chain and the circular industry chain after the improvement of the industrial chain.This paper analyzes the development advantages and shortcomings of the existing rex rabbit industry chain in the Kubuqi Desert,and provides reference for the development of the Kubuqi Desert sand industry.In this paper,the industrial metabolism analysis method and chain level material flow analysis(MFA)model are adopted and seven industrial metabolism analysis indexes suitable for this study are chosen for analysis,namely,unit production efficiency,unit reuse efficiency,unit loss rate,system production efficiency,system reuse efficiency,system loss rate and source efficiency.Industrial metabolism analysis is carried out for the Kubuqi Desert rex rabbit industry chain and the circular rex rabbit industry chain,including the analysis of the unit level and system level.The results showed that: Firstly,the production efficiency of rax rabbit cycle industry chain breeding unit was 51.67%,and that of rax rabbit industry chain breeding unit was 3.4%.The source efficiency of rax rabbit cycle industry chain is 51.73%,and that of rex rabbit chain is 0.3%,so the metabolic efficiency of rax rabbit cycle industry chain is higher.Secondly,rex rabbit cycle industry chain of final products are fully used at the same time,the byproducts of each unit and part of the unknown loss has been further used,improve the productvalue;The material exchange between each unit is more frequent,more close contact,so rex rabbit cycle industry chain more outstanding economic benefits,more stability.Finally,rex rabbit industry chain is the use of"species-raise-add"integration model,the industrial chain to achieve the material cycle,in the premise of improving the metabolic efficiency of the industrial chain,reduce the material acquisition and pollutant emissions of the outside world,in line with sustainable development. |
