If the camellia oleifera cake is used for the cultivation of the edible fungus,the edible fungus can be provided with a sufficient culture medium,the requirement of the edible fungus economic development is met,the waste is changed into valuable,the greater economic benefit is generated,and meanwhile,the pollution of the agricultural waste to the environment can be reduced,And the economic benefit and the ecological benefit are obtained.In order to obtain the reasonable utilization of the camellia oleifera cake in the production of the edible fungus,the edible fungus strain with better long-potential is obtained through the screening of the tea saponin to a plurality of edible fungi strains,and the effect of the camellia oleifera cake on the growth of the three edible fungi sub-entities and the mycelium is explored,The method of solid fermentation and liquid fermentation is studied,which mainly includes the following aspects:1.The camellia oleifera cake is subjected to component analysis,and the contains tea saponin 12.81%,water 9.80%,fat 5.01%,total sugar 36.28%,and protein 13.98%,The crude fiber 13.05%,the other 9.07%,the yield of the tea saponin,the content of the protein and the polysaccharide in the extracting solution,the total protein and the polysaccharide content in the dis-saponin camellia oleifera cake are compared with a plurality of reference indexes,and the six desoaping methods are compared,so that the soap-removing efficiency of the ultrasound method is high,And the nutrient substances in the camellia oleifera cake can be retained to a maximum extent.2.According to the growth rate of the mycelium and the tolerance rate of the tea saponin,seven kinds of edible fungi strains in the laboratory were selected to be resistant to the tea saponin,and the results showed that the Agrocybe aegerita can be better grown in the culture medium containing 8% of the tea saponin,Flammulina velutipes can be better grown in a culture medium containing6% of tea saponin,and the Agrocybe aegerita can be better grown in a culture medium containing 6% of tea saponin.3.The basic formula of the three edible fungi of Pleurotus ostreatus,Agrocybe aegerita and Flammulina velutipes was selected based on the mycelium growth rate and the biological efficiency.The results showed that the optimal basic formula of the Pleurotus ostreatus was45% of cotton seed shell,43% of sawdust,10% of wheat bran,1% of sugar and 1% of gypsum powder.The basic formula of the Agrocybe aegerita is 49.5% of cotton seed shell,32% of sawdust,16% of wheat bran,0.6% of sugar,1.5% of gypsum powder and 0.4% of potassium dihydrogen phosphate,The basic formula of the Flammulina velutipes is 78% of cotton seed shell,20% of wheat bran,1% of sugar and 1% of gypsum powder.in that same way,by using the mycelium growth rate and the biological efficiency of the as an index,the optimal addition amount and the optimal limit ratio of the three kinds of edible fungi of the oyster mushroom,On the basis of the optimal addition amount and the limited proportion of the camellia oleifera cake,the invention uses the biological efficiency as an index,and the D-optimal mixing design optimizes the camellia oleifera cake to be used for cultivating the Pleurotus ostreatus,The best cultivation formula for D-optimal mixing is 16.1% camellia oleifera cake,34.5% cottonseed hull,37.4% sawdust,10% wheat bran,1% white granulated sugar and 1% gypsum powder.4.Based on the dry weight of the mycelium,the effects of three kinds of camellia oleifera cake enzymolysis liquid on the growth of three kinds of edible fungi were investigated,and the species of the three kinds of camellia oleifera cake enzymolysis liquid and its addition were selected.The results showed that the growth of Pleurotus ostreatus was the best in the medium containing 20% of the proteolytic liquid.The dry weight of the mycelium can reach(1.13 ± 0.05)g/100 mL,the best growth of the Agrocybe aegerita in the medium containing20% of the proteolytic liquid,the dry weight of the mycelium can be(1.72 ± 0.05)g/100 mL;however,the growth effect of the Flammulina velutipes in the enzymatic hydrolysate of three camellia oleifera cake enzymolysis liquid is poor,and the dry weight of the mycelium is lower than that of the control group.A single-factor experiment was carried out on the best-growing Agrocybe aegerita,and the design principle of the design-Expert8.0 software program was applied to the combination test of the Box-Behnken center.The four-factor three-level method was used to optimize the submerged fermentation conditions of the Agrocybe cylindracea by using the four-factor three-level and the dry weight of themycelium as the response value.The result was that at the pH of 5.4,the rotation speed was117r/ min,the condition of liquid fermentation at the temperature of 25℃ and the fermentation period of 6 days.
