Being an important tree species for oil purpose,the Camellia oleifera is widely planted in the red-oil zone located in South China.In the practical production,abuse of fertilizer will lead to various problems such as soil hardening and plough layer thinning.Bio-organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer,with advantages such as being environmentally-friendly,large-amount-microbial,comprehensive&sufficiently nutritious,feasible transportation etc,have been used widely in the agricultural industry in recent years.This research aims to replace traditional fertilizer with bio-organic fertilizer&compound microbial fertilizer and study the influence on the physical&chemical property of soil,enzymatic activity,bacteria amount and Camellia oleifera growth from the use of different fertilizing treatments,so as to provide theoretical basis for reasonable use of fertilizer to improve the soil environment and fertility of thereof.(1)The use of bio-organic fertilizer&compound microbial fertilizer will improve the soil fertility obviously,especially for the soil with thickness between 0 to 15cm;also,the pH of the soil will be improved,too.4 types of treatments are applied to the soil,which cover the application of compound microbial fertilizer(TG),bio-organic fertilizer&compound microbial fertilizer(YG);bio-organic fertilizer(YG)and no-fertilizer(CK).For the bio-organic fertilizer treated group,the amount of effective phosphorus,alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and rapidly available potassium are separately 63.67 mg/kg,107.33 mg/L and 35.87 mg/kg higher than other control groups with regard of soil with thickness between 0 to 15cm;76.33 mg/kg,42.83 mg/L and 33.43 mg/kg separately higher than other control groups with regard of soil with thickness between 15 to 30cm.The bio-organic fertilizer contributes the most obvious improvement of organic matters and the largest influence on the pH of the soil.(2)Bio-organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer can both improve the enzymatic activity of the soil,as well as the bacteria amount.For the soil in group using bio-organic fertilizer(YG),he activity of polyphenol oxidase,cellulase,sucrase and urease are obviously higher than that of other control groups.For the group using Bio-organic fertilizer&compound microbial fertilizer(HG)on soil thickness between 0 to 15cm,the activity of polyphenol oxidase is obviously higher than other control groups;For the group using microbial fertilizer(TG),the activity of sucrase is obviously higher than other control groups;For the group using bio-organic fertlizer(YG),the activity of urease and cellulase are obviously higher than other control groups.On the other hand,for the soil with thickness between 15 to 30cm,the group using bio-organic fertilizerµbial fertilizer(HG)can obviously improve the activity of polyphenol oxidase;the group using bio-organic fertilizer(YG)can obviously improve the activity of urease and cellulase.All the groups have influence on the bacteria amount in the soil.The result is shown as follows:Bio-organic fertilizer(YG)>Bio-organic fertilizer&compound microbial fertilizer(HG)>Compound microbial fertilizer(TG)>No-fertilizer(CK).(3)Compound microbial fertilizer can be used to obviously improve the physical property,heighten water percentage,enhance porosity and lower the volumetric weight of the soil located at Camellia oleifera forest.Moreover,the improvement for soil with thickness between 0 to 15cm is better that that for soil with thickness between 15 to 30cm.For the influence on water percentage from different treatments,it is shown as follows:Compound microbial fertilizer(TG)>Bio-organic fertilizer&compound microbial fertilizer(HG)>Bio-organic fertilizer(YG)>No-fertilizer(CK).(4)Different fertilizing treatments have different influences on the tree-height,ground diameter and chcanopy of Camellia oleifera.The degree of influence is shown as follows:Bio-organic fertilizer(YG)>Compound microbial fertilizer(TG)>Bio-organic fertilizer&compound microbial fertilizer(HG)>No-fertilizer(CK).The results show that the bio-organic fertilizer can obviously promote the growth of Camellia oleifera and also the increment of tree-height,ground diameter and chcanopy of Camellia oleifera.
