Research And Evaluation On Exploitation And Application Of Forest Tree Germplasm Resources In Xuanhan Bashan Grand Canyon Scenic Area

Forest germplasm is an important carrier of genetic diversity,and the important basis of biodiversity,and also an important resource for breeding new varieties and developing new tree species at present and in the future.Bashan Grand Canyon Scenic Area,located in the northeast corner of Sichuan Province,is located at the southern foot of the Dabashan Mountains.It administers Xuanhan County,Dazhou City.It is a national AAAA tourism area and national geological park with forest coverage of 85.53%.Bashan Grand Canyon is a tropical flora with abundant forest resources.It is a huge natural botanical garden.At present,the Grand Canyon scenic spot in Bashan is developing tourism,which has damaged the forest germplasm resources to a certain extent,is needing urgently to be protected and utilized.This investigation and study carried out the investigation of forest germplasm resources by investigating the cultivated forest resources,wild forest resources,ancient and famous trees and rare and endangered tree species in the scenic areas of Dukou,Longquan,Sandun,Lacquertree and Bashan Grand Canyon.The types,quantity and distribution of main forest germplasm resources in the scenic area were investigated,and the Countermeasures of collection,protection and utilization of related forest germplasm resources were put forward.It lays an important foundation for the long-term planning and design of scenic spots in the future,and is of great significance for protecting and rationally utilizing forest germplasm resources,improving the level of forestry development and utilization in scenic spots and ensuring sustainable forestry development.According to the distribution status and geographic environment characteristics of forest germplasm resources in Bashan Grand Canyon,through data collection,line survey,sample plot field survey and sample plot step-by-step survey,the forest germplasm resources in the scenic area were investigated in a centralized field survey and supplementary scattered survey.12 survey baselines and 60 trampling lines were set up.The results showed that there were 379 species of forest germplasm resources,belonging to 123 families and 246 genera.There are 158 species of arbors,belonging to 52 families and 115 genera,172 species of shrubs,belonging to 48 families and 98 genera,38 species of vines,belonging to 21 families and 27 species,and 11 species of bamboos.According to the information of forest germplasm resources in the scenic area of Bashan Grand Canyon obtained from the investigation,statistics,summary and analysis were carried out with EXCEL software and SPSS software.On the basis of comprehensive evaluation method,a comprehensive evaluation system of forest germplasm resources was established based on analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and expert scoring method.The characteristics of sex and plant community were analyzed and summarized.It is concluded that the wild forest resources in the Grand Canyon are abundant,the economic forest and timber forest are relatively single,and the ornamental value,ecological value and protection value of the whole forest resources are huge.Finally,in view of the present situation of forest germplasm resources in the Grand Canyon of Bashan,the corresponding protection and development and utilization countermeasures are put forward: protecting existing forest germplasm resources,cultivating large-diameter forests,improving forest sanitation,building mixed forests and enriching tree species.
