Mangrove Kandelia obovata is one of the important species to construct mangrove ecosystem in China.It plays an extremely important ecological role in coastal and biodiversity conservation and so on.This study collected in zhanjiang mangrove forest Kandelia obovata trees on the taiping town viviparous seedlings as materials,has carried out three kinds of artificial seawater salinity and combination of four kinds of flood time,two kinds of rooting agent combined with 5 kinds of immersion time,5?and 12?low temperature and duration of 1 d to 5 d combination and 9 N fertilizer,P fertilizer?urea??calcium superphosphate?,the ratio of K fertilizer?KCL?under the condition of nutrient solution cultivation experiment,the results are as follows:In this study,K.obovata viviparous seedlings were collected from mother trees of Mangrove area in Taiping,Zhanjiang City and were cultivated in artificial sea water with treatments in three different degrees of salinity with combination in 4 kinds of different submergence time,2 rooting agents with combination of 5 kinds of immersion time in the solutions of the agents,2levels of low temperature at 5??12?and nutrient solutions of 9 ratio combination of fertilizers of N?urea?,P?superphosphate?,K?potassium chloride?.The results are as follows.?1?The total biomass of K.obovata viviparous seedlings decreased with the increase of salinity of artificial sea water and decreased with the increase of immersion time.Artificial seawater with 21‰salinity+immersion for 2h is the best treatment combination for seedling.?2?The largest number of roots of K.obovata viviparous seedlings was found in the treatment combination of rooting agent SJCL at 500mg/L+0.5h immersion,and the number of roots was 5 in the 5thd,with an increase of 101%.The best treatment combination for the root length growth of K.obovata viviparous seedlings with the root length up to 8.7cm was rooting agent GGR6 at 500mg/L+1h immersion,with an increase of 172%.?3?Under low-temperature stress of 5?,the maximum incubation time of K.obovata is 2d,and the incubation time of?3d will lead to the gradual loss of activity of viviferous seedlings.K.obovata seedlings can maintain good activity at least 5d under low temperature stress of 12?.?4?The optimal ratio of N,P and K fertilizer for the growth of K.obovata viper seedlings is 2:3:1,that is,the ratio of fertilizers as 300g N fertilizer?urea?,450g P fertilizer?superphosphate?and 150g K fertilizer?potassium chloride?,which were added to 10L artificial seawater with 21‰salinity to configured the cultivation nutrient solution for the seedlings.The seedling's plant height increases by 193.96%,the seedling's root number of increases by 207.74%and the biomass of roots increases by 241.85%.
