Classification On Noctuidae From Xinjiang(Lepidoptera:Noctuoidea)

Noctuidae belongs to Lepidoptera Noctuoidea.In this paper,the species of Noctuidae in Xinjiang were systematically sorted out and classified.The morphological classification of 1250 Noctuidae specimens collected in the Insect Herbarium of Shihezi University in Xinjiang was carried out.The results are as follows:173 species of Noctuidae are known in Xinjiang,belonging to 83 genera and 12 subfamilies.The species discovered were described,the geographical distribution information of the species was provided,and some new recorded species were described in morphology.Fig.179 adults,96 males and 61 females are provided.A key to subfamilies was compiled.This paper includes 49 newly recorded species in China:Euchalcia renardi,Cornutiplusia circumflexa,Arenostola unicolor,Cubullia sabulosa,Cucullia gnaphalii,Sympistis senica,Rhodocleptria fieldi,Bryoxena centralasiae,Protarchanara abrupta,Eremohadena pugnax,Scythocentropus scripturosa,Calamia tridens,Nonagria typhae,Photedes extrema,Apamea ferrago,Apamea rubrirena,Lateroligia ophiogramma,Enargia abluta,Rhiza laciniosa,Polymixis acharis,Mniotype dubiosa,Odontelia radiate,Cardepia irrisoria,Capsula spagauii,Anarta ptochica,Lacanobia splendida,Lacanobia praedita,Lacanobia blenna,Mythimna ferrago,Mythimna melania,Mythimna clavier,Mythimna opaca,Eriopygodes imbecilla,Actebia obumbrata,Dichagyris petersi,Dichagyris lutescens,Euxoa fallax,Euxoa flavisigneta,Euxoa obelisca,Euxoa recussa,Euxoa deserta,Agrotis turgaus,Agrotis bignamma,Rhyacia electra,Rhyacia arenacea,Chersotis transiens,Spaelotis suecica,Eugnorisma puengeleri,Isochlora viridis sima.87 newly recorded species from Xinjiang were studied.They are Abrostola tripartita,Trichoplusia ni,Diachrysia stenochrysis,Euchalcia mongolica,Autographa buraetica,Acronicta vulpina,Cucullia pustulata,Cucullia tristis,Sympistis strioligera,Amphipyra tetra,Caradrina terrea,Caradrina montana,Hoplodrina octogenaria,Apamea anceps,Atrachea parvispina,Resapamea hedeni,Parastichtis suspecta,Xanthia tunicata,Xanthia icteritia,Cosmia pyralina,Anarta sabulorum,Polia bombycina puengcleri,Polia lama,Mamestra brassicae,Sideridis egena,Hecatera bicolorata,Hadena variolata,Haden aberrans,Mythimna conigera,Mythimna l-album,Leucania comma,Leucania obsoleta,Actebia poecila,Euxoa adumbrata,Euxoa conspicua,Eurois occulta,Eugnorisma insignata,Ammogrotis suavis.The discovered species were described,the geographical distribution information of species was provided,the morphological description and Chinese names of some new recorded species were given,179 adult color images,96 male genital color images and 61 female genital color images were provided.This paper provides basic data and a large number of color maps for the research of Noctuidae species in Xinjiang,which complements the contents of insect taxonomy in Xinjiang and expands the contents of Noctuidae in China.Noctuidae research in Xinjiang is the most comprehensive and systematic part of the current Chinese Noctuidae research.It is of great significance to guide the production and control of agriculture,animal husbandry and forestry in Xinjiang,and at the same time,it is further systematic progress.The research of biodiversity,flora and molecular taxonomy provide the basis.All the research specimens in this paper are deposited in the Insect Herbarium of Shihezi University.
