Canine hip dysplasia(CHD) was first reported in the 1930s,the disease is more likely to occur in medium to large puppies from 3 months to adult. The more typical symptoms of CHD are hind limb walking instability, movement disorders, hind limb pain, hip and joint capsule inflammation.Hip dislocation has a great causal relationship with CHD and is one of the most typicacomplications of CHD.At present, the diagnosis of the disease mainly depends on the DR image of the hip joint, and the diagnosis is confirmed by the Norbery angle,CE angle, and hip coverage of the hindquarters of the hindquarters of the canine and the flexion of the hindquarters. This experiment was carried out on the hip injury model of rabbits.Twenty adult rabbits were selected and divided into 4 groups,5 in each group, which were control group H0,hip joint mild injury group H1,hip joint moderate injury group H2,and severe injury group H3.The indexes of the hip joint injury model of different degrees of hip joint disease in rabbits were simulated. The CE angle range of the normal control group(H0) was 20.34~27.09°,the hip joint coverage was 93.32~100%,and the Norbery angle range was 101 to 108.25°.In the mild hip injury group(H1),the CE angle ranged from 18.91 to 24.23°,and the Norbery angle ranged from 93.05 to 99.91%.The CE angle of the moderate hip injury group(H2) ranged from 19.48 to 23.16°,the joint coverage ranged from 91.90 to 100%,and the Norbery angle ranged from 94.33 to 107.68°.The CE angle of the severe hip injury group(H3) ranged from 17.68 to 26.25°,the joint coverage ranged from 88.35 to 100%,and the Norbery angle ranged from 93.58 to 104.47°.In the canine hip imaging test,10 puppies of 4 months old Golden Retriever dogs were selected In the follow-up survey of 10 dogs in the experimental group,3 months of hip imaging was performed for 4 times.Rabbit experiments and canine imaging experiments yielded basic image characteristics and data, and calculated Norbery’s angle, femoral head coverage(AHI),CE angle, and ratio of three lines in the diagnosis.According to the comparison between the numerical standard of hip injury model test and the data of canine hip joint test,it is concluded that the hip joint index of puppies less than 4 months to 13 months meets the femoral head coverage rate less than 81.22.%,the Norbery angle is less than 98.51,and the CE angle is less than 22.93°,which increases the likelihood of early CHD.Through the application of the three-line ratio in the hip joint of dogs,it can be concluded that this index has clinical significance and research value in the early prevention and diagnosis of CHD.Through the regular summary of DR images,we can understand the process of bone development and the key points in it.The canine hip X-ray image was used to perform skeletal examination of puppies, and combined indicators were used to comprehensively evaluate canine bone diseases such as CHD.In order to discover and treat CHD at an early age,and avoid diagnosis indicators only for the diagnosis of clinical symptoms and miss the best treatment period, and at the same time help the owner to more intuitively understand the pet’ s disease course and deepen the trust of the veterinarian’ s clinical diagnosis,so that the clinical treatment effect and satisfaction are improved, and Provide new solutions and ideas for the optimal breeding of economic dog breeds to reduce future economic losses.
