In Tianjing Feng Bang vegetable planting professional cooperatives,Shuigao village and Zhang Jiawo Shawo villages’ sunlight greenhouse,researchers take eggplants,melons and tomatoes as the research objects.Researchers study the influences on the growth of facility vegetables and soil fertility with organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer.The researchers would like to provide reasonable fertilization schemes and scientific theoretical basis for the high quality,high yield and sustainable development of facility vegetables.Under different experimental treatment conditions,soil organic matter increased significantly with the increase of organic fertilizer application in No.1 shed,from 26.02 g/kg to 33.77 g/kg,an increase of 30 %.GY1 treated soil in No.2 shed The content of organic matter in the middle was 43.11 g/kg,and the content of organic matter in the soil was the lowest when the fertilizer was reduced by 10 %,which was 29.34 g/kg.The content of organic matter in the GY2 treated soil in the third shed was 73.10 g/kg,and the normal fertilization treatment was carried out.The lowest value is 59.40 g/kg;the content of available potassium in the No.1 shed is decreasing with the increase of the application rate of organic fertilizer.The available potassium content of No.2 shed and No.3 shed is the soil available potassium after the replacement of chemical fertilizer with organic fertilizer.The content is higher than other treatments;the content of available phosphorus does not change with the increase of organic fertilizer application rate.The highest available phosphorus content in treatment of V in the first shed is 318.10 mg/kg,and the lowest in treatment III is 268.43 mg/ kg,No.3 shed,the values are almost equal.The effective phosphorus content in the different treatments in the No.2 shed is ranked from high to low as GY1>MY1>CK1>DY1;in the No.1 shed,the nitrate content in the shed is from 47.89 mg/kg of the chemical fertilizer.Kg dropped to 100% 38.82 mg/kg of fertilizer maintained the same trend as the reduction of chemical fertilizer application.The highest content of nitrate nitrogen in GY1 treated soil in No.2 shed was 49.06 mg/kg,and the content of nitrate nitrogen in DY1 treated soil was at least 30.96 mg/kg,in the third shed,the highest GY2 treatment is 48.23 mg/kg,and the MY2 treatment is at least 45.73 mg/kg.It indicated that the fertilizer with high organic fertilizer could increase the content of soil nitrate nitrogen.The effect of organic fertilizer instead of chemical fertilizer on soil p H was not significant.The treatment of MY1 and GY1 in No.2 shed was significantly lower than that in CK1 treatment.The shed MY2 and GY2 treatments were significantly lower than the CK2 and DY2 treatments.The reason is that organic acid is produced during the mineralization of organic fertilizer,and the p H value of the soil is reduced in alkaline soil.The conductivity of the three sheds decreases with the increase of the application rate of organic fertilizer,and the value gradually decreases.Decrease,the number one shed is reduced from 513.00 μs/cm treated with 100% fertilizer to 464.67 μs/cm treated with 100% organic fertilizer.The high EC fertilizer in the second shed has the lowest EC value,and the fertilizer in the third shed is reduced.The treatment with 10% organic fertilizer was the lowest;with the significant effect on tomato Vc and titratable acid index,with the reduction of chemical fertilizer The nitrate content of the fruit is reduced,which improves the quality of the fruit.From the yield data,there is no significant difference between the treatment of organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer,and the replacement of 60% fertilizer by organic fertilizer is the highest.Organic fertilizers could increase the content of chlorophyll and nitrogen in the leaves instead of chemical fertilizer,and promote the growth of the leaves.The replacement of fertilizer with organic fertilizer can significantly increases the content of organic matter in soil.In this experiment,the content of organic matter in soil gets a increase from 22.95 g/kg in treatment I(2 tons of organic fertilizer and 60 kg of compound fertilizer)to 30.06 g/kg in treatment IV(6 tons of organic fertilizer and 42 kg of compound fertilizer),and the soil organic matter increases by 30.87 % with a significant difference.In the process of organic fertilizers replacing chemical fertilizers,with the increase of the amount of organic fertilizer,organic fertilizers has little effects on the available potassium and alkali-hydrolyzed of soil,but improves the content of available phosphorus of soil.Organic fertilizer has little effect on Vc and soluble sugar of melon.But with the increase of organic fertilizer,the nitrate content decreases gradually,and the fruit quality index is improved.There’s no significant difference in the yield of organic fertilizer in place of chemical fertilizer,but the yield with 4 tons of organic fertilizer and 60 kg of compound fertilizer is the highest,It indicates the feasibility of organic fertilizer in place of chemical fertilizer.The treatment efficiency of experiment is promoted from 28.26 g/kg of low-volume organic fertilizer treatment(CK)to 32.98 g/kg of high-volume organic fertilizer treatment(GY).The content of soil organic matter increases significantly,and the difference reaches a significant level.Organic fertilizer has little effects on soil available potassium,but increases the content of available phosphorus and alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen.The experiment has little effects on the content of Vc and NO3-N in eggplants.But with the increase of the amount of substituted fertilizer in organic fertilizer,the nitrate content gradually decreases.Substituted fertilizer in organic fertilizer can improve the soluble sugar content of eggplant,and improve the quality index of fruit.The yield of high organic fertilizer treatment and medium high organic fertilizer treatment are significantly higher than that of other treatments,but the yield of high organic fertilizer treatment is the highest. | | Keywords/Search
