| Experiment with Korla pear as the research object,from three aspects: single application of bacterial fertilizer,combined application of bacterial fertilizer with chemical fertilizer and combined application of bacterial fertilizer with organic fertilizer.The physical and chemical properties of soil,soil enzyme activities,leaf properties,leaf and branch nutrients and fruit quality of pear orchard were measured and analyzed under different fertilization treatments,to investigate the effects of Korla fertilizer on soil properties,tree growth and fruit quality.The main results are as follows:1.Topdressing with 5 kg bacterial fertilizer per plant could improve the soil water retention ability and reduce the persecution effect of salt and alkali on soil;It could increase soil available nutrients.The soil enzyme activity increased with the increase of bacterial fertilizer,and so did the soil depth.The nutrient content of leaves and branches and fruit quality were significantly increased by adding 5 kg bacterial fertilizer per plant,and the gain effect was increased with the amount of bacterial fertilizer applied.2.The addition of 2.5~5 kg bacterial fertilizer combined with chemical fertilizer per plant reduced the soil bulk density and aeration porosity and increased the total porosity and water holding porosity.The higher the amount of bacterial fertilizer,the stronger the water holding capacity and the deeper the soil layer,and improved soil nutrients,increased enzyme activity in each soil layer at each stage,and increased the leaf area and specific leaf weight,improved the nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in leaves and branches,soluble sugar and soluble protein content,improved the nutrient structure of Korla pear tree,significantly increased the Korla pear fruit weight,improve the fruit soluble solids,soluble sugar and vitamin C content,reduce the content of titratable acid and stone cell.3.The addition of 1 kg bacterial fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer per plant as base fertilizer could reduce the soil bulk density,increase the total porosity,aeration porosity and water holding porosity,and make the soil water and soil water ratio and p H value close to the optimum value.Application of 2.5~5kg bacterial fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer increased the contents of soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium and available nutrients,and significantly increased the activities of soil protease,catalase,alkaline phosphatase,urease and invertase.Application of 2.5~5 kg bacterial fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer increased leaf area,leaf thickness and dry matter accumulation per plant.Application of 2.5 kg bacterial fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer increased the nutrient content of leaves and branches,and then improved tree nutritional structure and fruit quality.4.Different fertilizer combinations had different effects on the growth of pear trees and soil properties in different periods.Comprehensive analysis showed that 2.5~5kg bacterial fertilizer combined with organic fertilizer as base fertilizer could improve soil properties for a long time,thus affecting the growth of pear trees. |
