The area of grape planting in the guanzhong region of shaanxi province is large,but temperature is an important factor limiting the development of grape industry,especially in winter,the temperature drops below zero,which is bad for grape overwintering,in current production,usually use the branch pruning and the methods such as fertilizer application to prevent cold in winter.but these measures can not fundamentally solve the problem,China has a vast territory and diverse climate types,so the germplasm resources are very rich,and the selection of anti-cold grape rootstocks is a very effective way to solve the cold resistance of grapes.In this experiment,the cold resistance of two grape hybrid rootstocks was identified by measuring the conductivity,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and proline content of the two grape hybrid rootstocks after low temperature treatment.Conductivity is measured with a conductivity meter,the content of protein is determined by Coomassie Brilliant Blue method(G-250),the free proline was measured by Acid ninhydrin color method,the soluble sugar content was determined by adding anthranone reagent in the solution,by comparing the electrolyte exudate and soluble protein content,free proline content and soluble sugar content of the mountain grape and red earth branches after low temperature treatment,the strength of cold resistance was analyzed and compared.After the same low temperature treatment,according to the data of electric conductivity,soluble protein content,soluble sugar content and proline content,the cold resistance of the mountain grape is extremely strong,which belongs to the anti-cold level 1,the red earth is not resistant to the cold,it belongs to the anti-cold 5 level,the hybrid offsprings of Taishan12 and YH-3 A2 belong to the high resistance type,and the cold resistance level is 1,A6?A7?A8?A9?A13?A16?A17?A22?A23?A28?A30?A31belong to the middle resistance type,and the cold resistance level is 3,A1?A4?A5?A15?A20?A25?A29 belong to the low resistance type,and the cold resistance level is 4,A3?A11?A12?A14?A19?A21?A24?A26?A27 belong to the no resistance type,and the cold resistance level is 5?The hybrid offsprings of 83-4-85 and 43-2B18?B19 belong to the high resistance type,and the cold resistance level is 1;B5?B16?B17 belong to the resistance type,and the cold resistance level is 2;B3?B4?B6?B7?B9?B10?B11?B12?B14?B15 belong to the middle resistance type,and the cold resistance level is 3;B1?B2?B8?B13 belong to the low resistance type,and the cold resistance level is 4.
