Research On Xi Jinping’s Thought Of Agricultural Modernization

Agricultural modernization has always been a major issue in China’s reform and development.Without agricultural modernization,the country’s modernization is incomplete.In the new era,what kind of theory to guide China’s agricultural modernization,speed up the process of agricultural and rural modernization,and make up for the shortcomings of “three rural issues” is a major theoretical and practical issue.Xi Jinping grasped theoretical and practical innovations and gradually proposed a series of Chinese agricultural modernization theories with new era characteristics.This dissertation studies Xi Jinping’s thought of agricultural modernization from six parts.The first part,introduction.The background and significance of this study are explained,as well as the status quo of Xi Jinping’s agricultural modernization research at home and abroad.On this basis,the second part studies the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping’s agricultural modernization thought.From the classic Marxist writer,the collective leadership of China’s previous central leadership,and the three fields of western economics,he studied the theoretical origin of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on agricultural modernization.The third part studies the development of Xi Jinping’s thought of agricultural modernization.The development of "big East thinking" in large-scale agriculture,from "agriculture through science and technology" to "experience in Nanping," and then to "high-efficiency eco-agriculture" development strategy,and then from "separation of three powers" to "trinity." In the fourth part,the main contents of Xi Jinping’s thoughts on agricultural modernization were studied: to promote farmers’ income increase and ensure the national food security;to build agricultural science and technology management system with the key to “promoting agriculture through science and education”;to synchronize “four modernizations” and “integration of urban and rural areas”.Development as a driving force,consolidate the foundation of agricultural modernization;create a three-dimensional composite modern agricultural management system centered on “the separation of the three powers”;coordinate the promotion of “Great Agricultural Cooperatives” and “agricultural governance” and improve the organization and marketization of agriculture Mechanism;Improve the construction of agricultural infrastructure and public services,provide hardware conditions for agricultural modernization,and take green development as the guide to develop modern and efficient ecological agriculture.On the basis of this,the fifth part studies the basic characteristics of Xi Jinping’s agricultural modernization thinking,embodies the values of being people-centered,innovations of advancing with the times,realistic guidance of seeking truth and being pragmatic,and the sixth part studies.The theoretical and practical significance of Xi Jinping’s thought on agricultural modernization.Xi Jinping’s thought on agricultural modernization has enriched and perfected the Marxist classical writer’s theory of agricultural modernization;he has provided action guidelines for accelerating China’s agricultural modernization.Xi Jinping’s idea of agricultural modernization is both contemporary and innovative.The study of this topic is conducive to correctly guiding China’s agricultural modernization practice in the new era and creating a new situation for rural revitalization.
