In order to realize transplanting automation,it must be necessary to carry out the box seedlings to the location of the seedling taking of the seedlings,so it is necessary to study the device of the transfer box,to realize the automatic and efficient transplanting of the vegetable tray seedlings in our country,to improve the mechanization level of the vegetable planting,and to promote the rural economic development.Exhibition,agricultural efficiency and farmers’ income increase have important academic significance and application value.The automatic vegetable bowl seedling transplanter has an accurate and reliable box transfer device,which is the foundation and premise for the successful transplanting operation.Mainly from the following aspects: the continuous and accurate completion of the intermittent supply of seedlings;the replacement of the disc is simple and convenient;the shift box device realizes mechatronics,the degree of automation is high,and the labor force is reduced.Considering the characteristics of common PVC plug in China,a box moving device with seedling picking mechanism and electromechanical combination is designed in this paper.(1)A box shifting device is designed.According to the working requirements of the shift box,combined with the characteristics of the main common PVC cavern in the country,combining the characteristics of the hole plate seedling and the mechanical design foundation,a scheme of the full automatic Vegetable Bowl transplant machine is put forward,and the concrete structure and the parameters of each part of the device are designed.And 3D modeling is done in SolidWorks to check whether there is interference between parts.The ADMAS software is used to simulate the lateral feed movement,and a suitable buffer spring is selected to effectively reduce the impact force of the shift box on the limit bolt and reduce the vibration caused by the impact.(2)Using the ADMAS software to simulate the dynamics of the longitudinal transmission transmission mechanism of the transfer box,the transmission error of the longitudinal chain transmission is obtained.The lateral feed movement issimulated by the ADMAS software,and the buffer spring is selected to effectively reduce the impact force of the horizontal displacement on the limit bolt and reduce the impact due to the impact.The vibration produced is checked by ANSYS software.(3)The control scheme of the box transfer device is determined,and the feed rate under different planting frequency is determined.The longitudinal feed step motor is selected,and the position sensor,according to the difference of the size of the 72 hole disc and the 128 hole disc,determines the feed scheme of the hole disc.(4)The longitudinal feed precision of the shift box is tested,the test results conform to the design requirements,and the method of adding pulse compensation to the stepping motor is added to further improve the conveying precision of the shift box,and through the different planting frequency,the device is observed with the seedling mechanism and the top seedling mechanism.The results show that the box moving device is well matched with the seedling picking mechanism and has good motion coordination.
