Tobacco planting has obvious regional traits.Based on different ecological conditions,the production technology is also different.In this paper,we focus on the development of related tobacco technology in Qingzhen city,Guizhou province,which mainly analyses the best seedling age,transplanting period,fertilization formula and the optimal double-row concave-type ridge that appropriate for well-cellar transplanting technology in Qingzhen tobacco area through the comparative testing.The results are showed below.1.From the experimental analysis,the 4 and the 5 leaves’treatments are earlier than other treatments in the stages of rosette,budding,topping and foot leaf maturation with 3 or4 days advanced growth period.The results showed that the every agronomic traits index of the two treatments were superior to those of the other treatments.From the experimental result,the 4 leaves’leaf age is the most suitable well-cellar transplanted seedling.The best transplanting time is at 5th April approximately in which the transplanted flue-cured tobacco plants show the most survival ratio and the best vitality rate of the late growth period.2.From the results of the experiment,the chemical composition of the flue-cured tobacco leaves with the N-P2O5-K2O of 1.0:1.0:3.0 was more coordinated under the condition of nitrogen application rate of 96.75kg/hm2,and its output value and ratio of mid-high grade leaves were higher than other one-time fertilization treatment.But in view of its one-time fertilization with different soil fertility inconsistent,we can slightly increase the amount of pure nitrogen,the recommended amount of 105kg/hm2.3.Compared with the ratio 1:0.8:2.7 of N-P2O5-K2,it was suggested that phosphorus increased by 21 kg/hm2,and potassium increased by 31.5 kg/hm2 under the condition of pure nitrogen amount of 105kg/hm2.4.According to the results of the study,the whole growth period of 25cm ridge height of double-row concave-type was nearly 3 days in advance compared with the other treatments.Stem height,maximum leaf length is in the highest scale.The content of total sugar,reducing sugar and nitrogen are in the highest proportion with the chemical composition coordination.The tobacco output,value,price,mid-high grade leaves’rate,orange tobacco leaves’rate and single leaf weight are superior to other treatments,indicating that double-row concave-type ridge height at 25cm is the optimal ridge height in Qingzhen tobacco area.
