| The low temperature and drought during transplanting period of the flue-cured tobacco growing areas in Jilin Province,vulnerable to frost damage,cause the transplanting period of the field generally delayed, finally, the yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco is seriously affected. Under plastic film transplanting technology with insulation, fertilizer, water retention advantage, the growth time extended under plastic film, to meet the growth and development of the required temperature, effective solution to field below normal temperatures of the transplanted early, effect of tobacco seedling early fast hair problems.This experiment mainly studies the seedling under membrane transplanting technology of main flue-cured tobacco variety Jiyan 9 in the climate conditions of Jilin Province, trying to prove the effect of seedlings under membrane transplanting technology for the micro-environment,fertilizer utilization and efficient growth of tobacco seedlings to determine appropriate seedling transplanting age and field transplanting period of seedling under membrane transplanting technology,which makes benefits for Jilin Province of tobacco seedlings planting earlier,seedling earlier,improving the fertilizer effect, saving labor, and ultimately providing theoretical basis for high quality and high production to promote.The results show that the seedling caves under membrane can maintain a relatively stable temperature, which is superior to the conventional method of transplanting. The temperature of the position of 20 cm depth of seedling caves is the most appropriate for the growth of seedlings.There is no more difference between the temperature of cave entrance and the temperature of the outside environment, indicating with the rising of seedling cave position, the temperature is approaching the outside environment, but the difference between the temperature of 20 cm depth of seedling cave and outside temperature is much bigger. The technology of seedling under membrane transplanting makes the caves form micro-climate different from outside environment which is of great benefit to later rapidly growing period.By comparing the plant height, max leaf length, max leaf width, stem diameter,number of leaves and many other tobacco qualities, the agronomic traits, the fertilizer utilization of different transplanting periods,the chemical components after flue-cured of different transplanting periods and economic traits,confirming the optimum transplanting seedling age of under membrane transplanting technology, among three of the transplanting seedling ages(7 leaf age (sowed on March 10),6 leaf age (sowed on March 16),5 leaf age (sowed on March 22)), all the indexes showed obvious advantages is 6 leaf age transplanted tobacco seedling,which sowed on March 16. And among four transplanting periods (April 25, May 1, May 6, May 11), the best period of seedling under membrane transplanting is from April 25 to May 1. |
