The Study On Rural E-Commerce Helping The Construction Of Rural Modernization

The development of rural modernization in China has been an important part of China’s modernization drive.It can be said that the key to the modernization of China lies in the modernization of the countryside and it is imperative to promote rural development.With the deepening of informatization in our country,integration of informatization and agriculture is possible and e-commerce is rising rapidly in rural areas.Therefore,it can promote the development of rural economy,political democracy and cultural prosperity by developing rural e-commerce.This is an important way to promote rural modernization.In order to achieve the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way by 2020,we need to use rural e-commerce to help rural modernization construction,which is embodied in:rural e-commerce promoting rural economic modernization,rural e-commerce contributing to the modernization of rural politics and rural e-commerce promoting rural culture education modernization.Although e-commerce plays a very active role in rural modernization construction,it still faces many problems in the process of helping rural modernization.For example,inadequate infrastructure construction of rural e-commerce,rural e-commerce lacking policy support,farmers lacking awareness of the development of rural e-commerce,the lack of professional and technical talents about rural e-commerce.The reasons are as follows:rural e-commerce as a whole started late,the rural e-commerce security system needing to be improved,the villagers’ e-commerce awareness needing to be improved,unable to attract high-quality talents,and so on.In the age of big data,we need to do this in the implementation process:accelerating the construction of rural e-commerce infrastructure,strengthening the construction of laws and regulations on rural e-commerce,raising the consciousness of farmer electronic commerce,strengthening the reserve of rural e-commerce talents.This will further promote the construction and development of e-commerce in rural areas,so as to promote the construction of rural modernization.
